Yes, same UCI.

Don't worry about ECAS - it does not mean anything until you get PER. People get rejected even after ECAS been updated.

My CC got Charged last Aug 22, I have UCI from FSW2013 (Cap Reached)

ECAS - "We were not able to identify you"

How long it will take to update my ECAS?

DOes CIC issue the same UCI from last year FSW2013?

you are mixing the two things,

Just send your existing packet "as-is" returned with their Letter .. on your Envelope they put a seal of "CIO Mail-room"- recd. 9th May -highlight it... this exercise is for their wrong decision/ dispute the matter !

Once you get latest IELTS result ... then send your New Application... complete with All documents.. to be on safe side
what other documents you want to reuse.... except for ECA... rest all anyways needs to be updated !!

Bro .. I am sitting for IELTS on 6th September (Next weekend). Shall I send my package again attaching everything? Or send just the 3 things (which would serve no purpose actually):

a. Proof of Delivery
b. IELTS scorecard
c. This letter

I am not in favour of sending other documents are I am sure that I wont get them back in the next 3 months even if I send them today. That would unnecessarily delay my next application.

DHL uses third party local vendor in NS..no issues ..relax...

yes they use loomis ask them for loomis signed POD you will get it write it to the support@dhl.com they need some real feedback then they will mail you ;D

Am from India. I don't have birth certificate. What is the alternative for it? Heard CIC is not accepting affidavit as alternative. Please suggest.

You can submit sec school certificate if it has
Applicant name
Dob
Parents name
And/or affidavit as a proof of birth

If I were you, I would do the both:

1. Send the package back with
a. Proof of Delivery
b. IELTS scorecard
c. This letter
d. Cover letter with explanation.

Why I take chance with cap issue.

2. Reapply with new IELTS result with cover letter that I sent reconsideration mail earlier.

One of my friend is applying for WES, could you please let me know do we need to send anything else other than transcript.
I can see we need to send WES form and detailed mark sheet.

Can you please let me know only transcript is fine in sealed envolope is fine

But it's mentioned in the checklist that IELTS result shouldn't be older than 2 years when received by CIO, not when they open the application

This is the second case with similar reason... It seems that they are checking the date when they are opening up the application for eligibility review.. Not the date when it was delivered to CIO... This could only be the reason... 5th May app would have been processed somewhere at the end of May.. and then came the 6th and 7th...
And for this case they started processing it in July or August and found that the IELTS result expired on 26th May..and ...
So sorry to hear the case but ...

I really feel sorry for you especially because my ielts also expired after i applied May 12 and i still got my per. i wrote the ielts exam on June 9, 2012 and i know its valid for 2 years. I do not think CIC has a standard they are following and that is really unfair. I believe its God's favour that saw me through.
Please register for the next ielts and see if you can reapply but i admit its not going to an easy decision. Wish you all the best!

I have launched my Papers August 1st week. These are my profile details:
- 8 Years Exp in IT (NOC: 2173)
- 4 Employers --> 4 years + 2 Years + 1.5 Years + 0.8 Years (current)

(scenario) Have submitted Reference letter for past three employers (totalling 7.5 yrs for NOC-2173),
but not kept Ref. Letter for current employer as it will not be issued by the current employer per norms of the employer.
I have kept the xerox copy of the HR letter that proves that the current organisation does not issue Ref. Letter.

(Q) Is this a valid Scenario, wots ur opinion ? (i have a doubt !!)

They are human - they prove: to err is human. Still it is not acceptable - rejection should be reviewed and verified by 2 independent person - both of them made mistake!!

MY APPLICATION REACH ON 12TH MAY , IELTS EXPIRE ON 22ND MAY , DD ENCASHED ON 31ST JULY AND PER RECEIVED ON 22ND AUGUST.. IT IS ONLY HARD LUCK , PLEASE ATTAIN NEW EXAM THAT THE BEST IDEA
