Hey guys,
My package returned due to
1- Incorrect fees
2- Work Experience : Reference letters not provided.
My issue is - I am a self employed . How can I provide evidence of my duty performance as self attested affidavits are nor acceptable , and who can certify them ? Which 3rd Party ? I am a private practitioner performing all the duties mentioned in my NOC . But I hv no reference letter.
Any one has a format for 3rd party Reference Letter ? U can PM me the format .
Thanks in advance for the help.

Sorry to hear the news.

In fact, it is good that they have returned your application because Accra is as slow as snail as Singapore VO. If you got one year admission into Canada and you landed there, you can select CPC-Ottawa.

Best of luck
Dear I,
Thanks for the prompt response.Well I am just glad I got the returned package early enough.I have landed and my programme is more than one year.I am just worried that I might not meet the cap for NOC 1111.What is your take on that?

Sorry for the error. I mean DHL and not fedex. Nonetheless can anyone confirm this. Thanks.

Yes DHL transfers to third party.
FedEx and UPS are better options in this case.

I am curious, if someone had multiple entry visitor visa to canada, could he pick his visa office as ottawa instead of delhi.
I see that ottawa seems much quicker.

thanks,
Vishal

My take, there is still enough room for 1111. According to the spreadsheet, 80 of the forum members applied for 1111. If even form represent 10%, globally 800 applicants have been applied. So there is a place for 200 more. So, NOC 1111 is widely open.

Thank you Oscar7,

I have sent my application package yesterday. So just started looking at the procedure for PCC from USA.

So thinking, when to start the process to apply for PCC from USA. As we need to submit in 3 months from the date on which it is issued.

Can you please suggest, shall i start the process now itself or later. If later when would be the best time for this...

I suggest you wait for your CC to get charged. There is a decent time gap between, CC charging, PER, and PCC request. DOn't Put yourself thru the same stuff again a couple of months later ..... You have just submitted your application.... take a break.... Get active only once your CC is charged ... CHeers ...

Possibly no because multiple entry visa do not allow to stay more than 6-month in one go. But take feedback from seniors.

Multiple entry visa is not the same as "proof of admission for at least one year". You can not spend more than 6 months (legally) in the country with multiple entry visa. So the answer is: NO,you can't pick ottawa as visa office with multiple entry visa.

FDs in joint name with father are not OK, Gsw.

The funds will be accepted at 50% of the funds you have shown if it is a joint account with anyone other than your spouse.

I am applying for NOC 4011. I have completed all the forms as per checklist.
But do I need to write/submit any covering letter with my documents??

If you have anything important which you need to highlight then you can provide a cover letter else its not required.
