Hi Experts PLease help.

I HAVE POSTED 3-4 TIMES BUT NOT GOT ANY REPLY YET

1.I dont have my surname\family name on passport therefore not able to validate generic form IMM0008.
2. I have lost my degree certificate,have sent provissional degree to WES.I have fir for lost degree and advertisement in newspaper but collge will issue duplicate after 2-3 months so WES report will be sufficient with copy of provisional degree.
3.I have stayed in 5 different states in India,do I need to get PCC from all states ? how much time will it take to get them.
4.What to fill in national identity document for india-I read forum-it says leave it blanck?
family name for mother and father mandatory on background form? as on passport its blanck.
5.how to write name in native language on background form?

Normally, the branch which issued your DD can update you about status. you need to visist bank and give them an application for this.
I also got HDFC bank DD but from Pune.
Dont trust the call centre guys- its my personal exp.

I have seen in one case, BC issued by Consulate being accepted though not able to find the reference. You can additionally send affidavit of BC to be attached - hopefully either will be accepted.

do you have any details of that person so that i can contact him to get more information.....

Thanks for the people who replied on the weight of the package query!! We had a hell of a night!! Actually we are filling through an agent in Pune and boy, are we having sleep less nights!! :-\

These guys gave us the wrong tracking Id for our application courier to CIC, we tracked it and the package got delivered to WES instead!! & we literally didn't sleep the whole night!! Finally got the correct tracking Id and got confirmation that it's our packet itself from return address etc!! Phew!!

Each day we repent why we didn't come across this forum before we signed up with these agents!! Now till we get our PER mail there will be this uneasiness that hope they have not made any other silly mistake in our application!! Though we've double checked everything so relaxed now!!

Anyways for now relaxed, application will reach CIC today!! Plus it's for 2174 ;D

So gonna be a border line case for sure!! But I have a feeling we'll make it within the cap!!

Thanks a lot to all the forum friends who replied to each of my queries which made us double sure that we have crosschecked everything to be correct with the agents, in the end you have to yourself make sure everything is 100% correct!!

Only family members accompanying the PA to Canada and updated in the application..

If there are major changes, in that case, CIO in its PER mail suggested to inform VO "Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc)".

It is a tricky position - your issue is not a major one in above sense; however, if you don't disclose it, the question is how the VO will take it. So I would like to left it to Ashif bhai-the most senior person to respond.

Could you please help me on my situation?

I missed to update few fields in some forms. my CC got charged and I got the PER. 7th May applicant and received PER on 27th Jul.

1) I have to update my spouse travel to Singapore
2) Update my spouse and my sister's info
3) Update about US F1 Visa reject.

Can I resend these 3 forms to NDVO office now or should I wait till I get the AOR from NDVO. Because, few people got their MR without the AOR. So I am kinda confused on should I wait for AOR or send the updated forms now.
