Experts, I have only put the experience letter given by my manager.. I have not put any supporting docs like offer letter or payslips will that be any issue?? Will CIC reject my file any thoughts please let me know

Ideally should have included supporting docs. Just pray that the application gets approved.

Seniors, pls advise..................................

As proof of work experience, I have the following:
- a experience letter from HR on letterhead states the period of employment, current position, current salary
- a reference letter from supervisor on plain letter states job position helds, main job duties and responsibilities
- promotion letters from HR on letterhead

Do u think I have got sufficient proof? If I explain in a cover letter that I am not able to obtain reference letter with main job duties and responsibilities on letterhead due to company policy, do I still need to include an affidavit? If an affidavit is required, what to write on the affidavit, same as cover letter?

Attach the business card of your supervisor and any other evidence that shows ur HR doesn't provide letters with job descriptions. Print any email correspondence if available. You can explain this in cover letter. Also provide other supporting docs such as employment contract, payslips etc

Then you must be making some mistake while filling information to Access ECAS. Try again.

Surname not case sensitive
uci number may add"-" after 4 digits or not
and DOB same
all info is correct.

I am not able to find any mistake
and i tried to get status through phone but no proper awnser they just said my application received date and asked my mail id to confirm

Hello Seniors I need your help on this...

I am stucked at getting my job duties either on letter head of the company or through supervisor on plain paper. I dropped a mail to HR department and they replied that due to company policy they cannot issue this letter. And when I talked to my senior/supervisor he too is scared to issue me the job duties on a plain paper with full contact details as he is scared in case someone tries to verify it then he will be in trouble and HR can take an action on him. so he is reluctant to issue me the same. I need to know if there is any other way of convincing CIC about my job duties or in case i try to convince my supervisor by saying that there is hardly any possibility for verification to be done on this would i be sailing on a safe boat?? or how much probability is there for the verification?? please help i am stuck at this. TIA.

CIC has received my documents. When will my account be charged? How long do I have to wait?

Also, if a friend forgets to include the self addressed mail label, what are the implications? Hope the application will still be accepted as long as all other documents are in place and correct.

Not really, as these are only supporting docs, but it may delay the whole process as ur exp will be scrutinized lil more than regular......... the docs u havent sent are optional to improve credibility of ur letter, specially in terms of tenor.

Does that mean you actually didn't do those things ? Otherwise, why should he be scared of ?

So was this PER for your CEC application or FSW??
and I guess while you applied for FSW you did select the arranged employment offer, right??

I am just curious to find out if CIC processes CEC or FSW(with job offer applications faster??) as CEC or FSW(with job offer) applications would be less in number as compared to regular FSW applications.
