That is what i am trying to convince him but he still thinks that company can take an action on him.

I do not have the policy copy but i have the mail correspondence that states that as per guidelines they cannot issue the same. is there anything that i can do about this? Please help.

I understand that they might not do the same, but they can't stop an employee from writing a personal undertaking. Looks like you need a more reasonable/brave colleague/supervisor who can write one for you. Or your work contract / appointment letter might have your duties mentioned.

It comes as very strange to me why a company's HR or supervisors would pull back from giving detailed experienced letters, when during hiring they are all gaga over job duties and description, essentials, desirable and what not. Don't worry, yours is not the only company that does it, but all that do, are unreasonable in my opinion.

So was this PER for your CEC application or FSW?? PER is for FSW, under CEC they direct issue AOR.
and I guess while you applied for FSW you did select the arranged employment offer, right?? I don't have an arrange employment. I am on PGWP.

I am just curious to find out if CIC processes CEC or FSW(with job offer applications faster??) as CEC or FSW(with job offer) applications would be less in number as compared to regular FSW applications.
Actually it hard to understand how they process application.

It takes couple of weeks to get application update on ECAS. Try it sometimes next week.

And HR in India thinks they are the International Court of Justice or at least the Supreme Court. They try hard to keep people confused and scared lol

do i need to get it from my regional passport office ?

Can local police also provide the same certificate ?

Is there any prescribed format ?

I have changed many cities in the last 10yrs do i need to get PCC from each place wherever i lived ?

I hv been living in my current address for the last 3 yrs. Is that sufficient ?

You need to get the same from current residence location.

You need to submit the application for PCC online at the following site.
http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink

Step 1 Register through the Passport Seva Online Portal. (Click on "Register" link under the Apply section on the Home Page).
Step 2 Login to the Passport Seva Online Portal with the Login Id created in Step 1.
Step 3 Click "Apply for Police Clearance Certificate" link.
Step 4 Fill in the required details in the form and submit.
Step 5 Click the "Pay and Schedule Appointment" link on the "View Saved/Submitted Applications" screen to schedule an appointment.

Online Payment has been made mandatory for booking appointments at all Passport Seva Kendras.
Online Payment can be made using any one of the following modes:

Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard and Visa)
Internet Banking (State Bank of India (SBI) and Associate Banks Only)
SBI Bank Challan

Step 6 Click the "Print Application Receipt" link to print the application receipt containing Application Reference Number (ARN)/Appointment Number.
Step 7 Visit the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) where appointment has been booked, along with original documents.

You are to use envelope with specifications 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9″ x 12″) ...if your documents will not contain it,you may use the next higher/bigger sized envelope.
On the envelope,Your names,address and postal code will be on the top left corner of the envelope while CIC's address will be in the middle /centre spread of the envelope.

Hi experts,

I have completed all my education from India. I am filling the WES application on their site and I have a doubt relating to "My education" tab. I have a "Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) -Computer Engineering" and have passed out the same in 2010. Before that I did my 10+2. I have added my bachelor's education in "Education Credential 1". My query is, do I add my 10+2 education details(i.e. "Secondary Education") in the "Educational Credential 2" section ? Pls note, that I am not including the documents for 10+2 while I submit them, as WES has mentioned that "If you have completed one or more years of post-secondary study, you do not need to submit any secondary school documents with your application.". But I don't know about whether or not to include 10+2 details in education credentials.

Requesting your expert help on the same as soon as possible.
