guys,, ECAS now changed to decision made today..

i already send 11 emails to CIC with NER copy and ielts copy for recalcualtion of my points.as of now i did lot of search on net.still every where i find my lets test points should be 21.cic give me 20 points and rejected my case by 1 point...(old story we already discuss this here many times)

in the mean time i already apply to get new copy of ielts test and other documents for new application.i hope within 1 week i will have evetyhting ready for new application.
i hope i will send before next sunday to CIC again.

As per the specualtions in the Excel by our Excel guru Dimitry, it should be somehwere in September end or early October..... not sure though.
But you can very well send your 2nd application now and decide once your 1st application gets through.

By the way, are you ready with additional copy of your WES and IELTS for your 2nd application??

I have second copy of WES report and will be applying for IELTS copy though dont know whether IDP issues it or not? and how much time do they take?

Seniors, pls advise....

As proof of work experience, I have the following:
- a experience letter from HR on letterhead states the period of employment, current position, current salary
- a reference letter from supervisor on plain letter states job position helds, main job duties and responsibilities
- promotion letters from HR on letterhead

Do u think I have got sufficient proof? If I explain in a cover letter that I am not able to obtain reference letter with main job duties and responsibilities on letterhead due to company policy, do I still need to include an affidavit? If an affidavit is required, what to write on the affidavit, same as cover letter?

I had taken transcript from my university in the year 2012/2013 (I don't even remember) at a time when WES requirement didn't exist. And this year (2014) when I applied to WES, I submitted the same old transcripts which were happily accepted. So, the academic records request form is something not required mandatorily. Just make sure that when you are sending the transcripts to WES, give your WES ref. # on the envelope so that they can attach it to your application once they receive it. If you don't give any reference, then I don't know whether / how WES will be able to attach to your application.

I need a help urgently.

I haven't yet applied to WES for ECA by paying the fees online and hence donot have a "WES Ref #" as of yet. But the "Academic Records Request Form" asks for the same (although they state "if applicable"). Also, I am planning to go tomorrow to the university for submitting my transcripts for attestation and am gonna ask the university to seal this form alongwith the transcripts tomorrow . I will do the WES application after that. My exact query is:

Is it allowed to first submit the transcripts to the university for attestation first and then submit the application in WES and thus keep the "WES ref #" field blank in the "Academic Records Request Form"?
