Have you heard of any cases or anyone who had done similar thing and blocking payment for 2nd application impacting the 1st(which might me at CIO by the time 2nd application is worked on by CIC)??

I have second copy of WES report and will be applying for IELTS copy though dont know whether IDP issues it or not? and how much time do they take?

ankit yesterday i apply for ielts test second copy.they told me i will get it in 1 week through courior(i have to shown them my cic application coz thet wont issue another copy directly to candidate)

Haha!! The thing is that the specified the size of the envelope (super specific), when I found that specific envelope, almost none of the documents enters there :-X
So, why to be so specific?

[size=9pt] Hi Ankit, See if I were doing this I would not block payment for the second application but get charged twice. That way I don't offend CIC and also fulfill my wish of increasing my options (though second application never made much sense). Wouldn't try doing anything that can jeopardize my chances with CIC. Just my thought!

For timelines please refer SS - my guess is as good as anyone's

Infact if 1st application gets thru , u can think abt blocking 2nd fee...
