a) I stay in Delhi so i have filled Immigration office requested for processing this application as "New Delhi, India".

I hope it is correct?

And what should be the minimum experience i should have in each company to clain experience points??

As i have very less experience in my 2 companies that is 4 months in each

If u have 1 year exp then u will get 9 points. otherwise u wont get any points for the particular NOC which you are going to apply

Spouse details are mentioned in the generic application form.

Should the primary and secondary applicants fill the additional dependants declaration form ?

no need for this form unless you have more than 5 dependants on your application.
