As per spread sheet estimation you will be in CAP. But no one knows how things will change.. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

198 PERs already issued to Financial Analyst applications recieved until 8th May. Obviously I stand no chance with an application receipt date of 18th July right?

Chances are not so bleak.but my guess is u would certainly fall in the last 200 out of 1000..just like me...just run some filters on the ss and you will realize that till 7th may there were 55-60 applicants for NOC 1112....37 have reported PERs...CIC website shows 198 total..that's about 18% of total per pool...total entries are about 150 in as for 1112 ..my guess is the CIC number would jump to about 600+ in coming 4 weeks and slow down after that....2 reasons being
1) many people were ready since last year...see 2013 ss ..there was a large number of returned apps due to cap reach...these people would have applied in the first two weeks itself
2) alternate noc available for applicants this year ...late applicants would prefer other nocs if possible for them given last year's experience.

Don't lose hope unless cic says a straight no to you

I actually was interested to know my NOC of this job and found this:

1422 Data entry clerks
Data entry clerks input coded, statistical, financial and other information into computerized databases, spreadsheets or other templates using a keyboard, mouse, or optical scanner, speech recognition software or other data entry tools. They are employed in the private and public sectors.

Unfortunately the NOC roles fall under Skill Level C - not a sale-able duty ??? ??? ???

Application Received Date: 7th May
CC Charged date: 3 rd July
PER DATE: 12th August

IMP: I only submitted the reference letters from last two companies and salary slip and experience letter from my current organisation.

My Experience with CIC: CIC has no defined rules for processing applications and its more of fate with them. They might reject a application for no reason and sometimes they give a second chance to the candidate to submit remaining docs in laster stage.

I am sorry , but your observation is incorrect.

CIC has never rejected an application for no reason , nor is there an example of giving an applicant "The second chance to submit remaining docs at a later stage"

Luck is not a factor here. They have very specific rules and only the competent like yourself are getting PER.

Do we need get that renew before visa stamping or we can get it renewed later also.

Visa will be stamped on a valid passport.

My points to apply under Canada FSW program are 73 without claiming spouse IELTS points as by mistake she gave academic...Can I apply without it ??
