Seniors, will I have to notarize all the required pages of my passport, or notarizing the photo and basic info page will work?

You don't need to notarize any pages unless they are translated.

you only need to submit the bio information page and amendments page if there are amendments, and copies of any visas if you are living in a country other than your country of nationality.

WES report received by UPS just now, they say PROFFESIONAL STUDY, although they did tell me that on mail but it had sample as water mark.

I have a question.

I sat for ielts April 2013,got test report where my passport number mentioned.Mentioned passport on Ielts test report has been expired.
so i applied for new passport,got that new passport and my new passport has previous passport number which is being shown on
Ielts test report form.So during application do i have to provide cover letter or not????

1. I have placed the visiting card on the reference letter on company letterhead & make the photocopy of those for sending with the application. No separate visiting card, is it sufficient?
2. I have translated my National Id (Bengali) & sent the copy of
a. Affidavit from translator mentioning the translator's educational information, worked with photocopy of original etc.
b. English translated copy (seal of translator & notary public) &
c. Bengali version copy (only organization seal not attested)

Guys! Im a medical doctor and it is indeed a regulated one! Im really confused in points! my WES says exactly
"5 YEARS AND 6 MONTHS OF PROFESSIONAL STUDY"

passport is not acceptable for proof of birth...you can submit sec school certificate if it has
applicant name
dob
parents name
and/or affidavit as a proof of birth from parents side

Hello Ananjay, if your affidavit as proof of birth does not contain your parents name what then can you do ?

I made a bank draft under the name of " Receiver General for Canada" ...but many people wrote "The Receiver General for Canada" I want to ask whether only Receiver general for canada would be acceptable?? does any one make draft like me and got encashed please reply...worried
