Regarding age calculation, is it as on the date application received at CIC or any other transaction such as CC Charge or PER?
Also are you serious about the time to process the file to be over three years?? OMG

And regarding the processing time- its just an example....

Thanks for replying, actually i have not submitted PCC for my wife (Required from two Countries), also i have not provided any letter of explanation with my forms. Can CIC reject the file on this basis?

No, PCC are recommended to be submitted along with application but are not compulsory. You need to get them ready as soon as possible as these can be submitted later.

Hello friends;

Today received the PER Email.

I have applied for NOC 1112 category and my file reached on May 7.

I have updated the sheet. One minor change I have noticed. While HDFC Bank told me that, my DD encashed date was 8th July, today's PER email shows DD encashed date as 2nd July.

Yes you need to submit PCC for all accompanying family members above 18 years of age..

Do i have to submit police clearance certificates for my spouse although she is not the principal applicant?? If anyone can shed some light on it. Thanks in advance.

can any one help me and advise me about how much time does CIC takes to review an application for FSW. I have submitted my application on 10th May 2014 for NOC 2132 and still waiting to get the feedback from CIC. This has been three months now since I applied and my eyes are still looking for the response.

Hi seniors, anybody know in which priority or order CIC is sending PER email. If u see the spreadsheet still people dont get PER who got their CC/DD cashed on 1st week of june. Nothing is predictable on the processing of application in CIC

Yes. I had submitted for my spouse as well though she wasn't the principal applicant.

I sat for ielts April 2013,got test report where my passport number mentioned.Mentioned passport on Ielts test report has been expired.
so i applied for new passport,got that new passport and my new passport has previous passport number which is being shown on
Ielts test report form.So during application do i have to provide explanation letter or not?if i need to provide explanation letter then where will i place that letter???

I dont think there is need of any explanation for that just attach copy of previous passport along with new passport. This is my understanding, others can have different opinion.

What do you think you should do, should you provide an explanation letter or not? Just that first question first!!! Please think through and share your opinion, immaterial whether it is right or wrong.
