Guys And Experts,

Please clear my doubts...

I'm going apply under the NOC 2172.

My work experience are,

Feb 2006 - Nov 2008 --> for the first six months (till Sep 2006) I had worked as windows administrator, for the remaining periods I had been involved in both windows administrator and database/data administrator. It matches both the NOCs (2147 & 2172)

Dec 2008 - Dec 2009 --> I had worked as windows administrator - suits the NOC 2147 which is not matching with the NOC 2172.

Jan 2010 - Till date --> Working as Database/Data administrator - which suits the NOC 2172.

My questions are,

1. In IMM0008-3e in the question 12 b - Do I need to mention all my work experiences or just need to show only the relevant experience for the NOC 2172.

2. Can I mention the same points (that are mentioned in LOR) in the question 12 B or do i need to modify???

I think 2172 suits your profile more as majority of time you have worked as database admin. SO mention only NOC 2172.

Also in 12B, its better to mention one NOC only for all your experience.

Just my opinion.

Oh yes sir, you are allowed to apply in more than one NOC as well as well more than one immigration category. You can check CIC website for validation of this

I would like to show PF amount of mine and my wife as POF.What documents do i have to submit?
Also can we show LIC as POF.If so what documents are needed for this?
We have a Housing Loan of around 8L ..Should dis be mentioned in Liabilities when declaring POF section?

1. If you are talking about EPF, then you can download epassbook from www.epfindia.com, get it stamped by HR department of your organization and submit it as POF.
2. In case of PPF, you can submit balance confirmation certificate from respective bank or post office on letter head, duly stamped and signed by authorized person.
3. To show LIC as POF, you need to take surrender value certificate from LIC office and the amount mentioned in that certificate can be used as POF.
4. You should mention your liabilities as hiding this can be detrimental at later stage.

Yes, i have sent my spouse 10th marksheet, passport and some other docs along with cover letter for DOB proof. I received my PER

Yes, I had sent Spouse's 10th Class credentials. Only thing is that the 10th certificate should contain applicant's Father's Name as well other than DOB.

For DOB, it was the 10th class certificate. The marksheet doesn't have Date of Birth on it.
