Guys And Experts,

Please clear my doubts...

I'm going apply under the NOC 2172.

My work experience are,

Feb 2006 - Nov 2008 --> for the first six months (till Sep 2006) I had worked as windows administrator, for the remaining periods I had been involved in both windows administrator and database/data administrator. It matches both the NOCs (2147 & 2172)

Dec 2008 - Dec 2009 --> I had worked as windows administrator - suits the NOC 2147 which is not matching with the NOC 2172.

Jan 2010 - Till date --> Working as Database/Data administrator - which suits the NOC 2172.

My questions are,

1. In IMM0008-3e in the question 12 b - Do I need to mention all my work experiences or just need to show only the relevant experience for the NOC 2172.

2. Can I mention the same points (that are mentioned in LOR) in the question 12 B or do i need to modify???

Well, your application to FSW will process until it gets to VO. Your PNP application will also proceed to VO but at that point, if both look to be successful, the VO will ask you to nominate one to proceed to PR stage and then drop the other. Double congrats and best of luck :)

Thanks for the feedback.

Is it really possible to file two applications to CIO ?

Is there any clause anywhere which says we can file 2 apps at the same time ?

claim your freight if there is a delay, Fedex does have a "money back guarantee policy"

:) well start shooting mails claim only once they have delivered the parcel.

Hi Everyone

Please Suggest

I am Residing in UAE with my spouse, My spouse visa is expired on 23/7/2014 and is under renewal process, since we have extension of 1 month.

Now the issue is in the general application form the current country of residence is asking for from and to date. Now when i enter 23/07/2014 it shows invalid date, so now what shall i do. Should i write extend date to 23/08/2014 as this is legal extension that we have in UAE or shall i presume date two years hence, from the expired date since the visa will be stamped accordingly.

Please note I am applying through visa office of nationality (india) not UAE.

Let me know

Thank You

Hi,

I have sent my file on July 28, 2014 under NOC 2173

My Queries:

1. I have decided to pay by CC. Card is of my Aunt's who is PR of Canada. I had mentioned all the details of the card but didn't mentioned her name in the column in Fee Payment form where it asks "NAME OF PAYER (OTHER THAN APPLICANT)". Except for this field, I have written my aunt's name in credit card information along with card name, type expiry date and her signatures.

2. Will my file be returned as incomplete

3. what should I send as additional documents now ?

Did she sign the card hold part at all? if not what exactly will you be playing at? you have just saved yourself a lot of trouble by buying a demand draft. why go through all the pains and have this part hanging out? charging of card is financial risk which every merchant tends to be finicky about, so they ensure due diligence, now when its not in your name? high red alert, this is where the Ts must be crossed and the Is dotted very well. just my 2 cents

She did sign the form exactly as per her bank records. I didn't preferred to get a DD as it has expiry time and I don't think my file will be opened before it gets expired.

The documents will be received by CIC. What is the financial risk ?

in my opinion so long she signed the card holder part, that's the most important. look at it this way, if she had written her name as card holder name and not sign, does it mean consent? NO. in my opinion i think its save to say the credit card will be charged since theres a signature of card holder. i may be wrong, consent is the most important.

Thanks DadaBigBoy,

This has taken some tension off my mind for now. Rest is up to the God to fulfill our wishes.
