Where in the Guide or Checklist do you find a requirement to send a copy of all passport pages? There is no such requirement.

Not really. No use of blank pages.
Only the first and last page of PP are required.

Only the page showing your picture and biographical information is required.

If you are residing in another country, the visa/information about that residence would also be required.

Basically, i am s/w engineer who is into product and production support. My past work - responsibilities include the Level 2 support for a telecom company's product (software), troubleshooting, work with team across the globe, fix the issue by executing multiple unix command and sometime change the script.
AT present, i am into job monitoring and below are some of the R & R:

• Leading a team of 6 as well as working as shift engineer
• Handling client calls & escalations
• Preparing roster for the team
• Preparing Severity Incidence Report for SEV-I issue.
• Preparing and reviewing multiple reports covering job failures in Production, deployment issues and others.
• Handling Leave requests and appraisals
• Monitoring batch jobs & alerts and troubleshooting including backup and space issues for unix based live real servers.
• Performing preliminary Investigation and troubleshooting.
• Deploying new code changes into Production
• Automating Daily routine checks/jobs in Production
• Act on Day-to-Day House Keeping tasks by using tools & scripts
• Creating Knowledge Articles for known issue and updating them on time-to-time basis
• Keeping an overall eye on Production

Well that is a curve ball ... I would still stick with NOC 2281

Dear Guys,

I am on the course of gathering documents to apply for FSW. All the firms that i worked with already gave me the reference letters. But, I am kind of stuck as one of the company in Saudi Arabia which I worked with in 2008-2009 is not ready to provide me a reference letter in their letterhead claiming that its against the standard procedure as I was also not a direct employee. I was under a contract. However its still true that I worked there for 19 months and more than 2 senior managers are ready to provide their personal reference for me.
Its just that I wont get a company letterhead. Is there any alternative way other than company letterhead that I could include my experience for the FSW application ?

Really would appreciate any helpful inputs friends. This is the only thing that is left for me to continue with my application :'(

Dear Members,

I sent my application today via UPS. The main envelope which had all the documents had all the details such as NOC Category, NOC: XXXX as per the Guideline 7000 but I didn't write the NOC code under the Receiver's section on the form that was provided to me by the UPS employee.

I only mentioned:
Citizenship And Immigration Canada,
49 Dorchester Street Sydney, NS (Nova Scotia)
B1P5Z2 CANADA

Do you guys think it is ok ?

He is ready to get the letters from senior managers which will be fine. The checklist requires that you provide references from all employment in the past 10 years. In practice, not many people can get letters representing the entire past 10 years, but a reasonable effort is required and where it is not possible the applicant should explain to CIC why. You never know how CIC will see each employment experience, just barely making 67 and assuming CIC will see everything the way you do is dangerous. 19 months is significant. I'd advise him to get a manager's personal letter.

as i am in middle east, i will not be able to get a fresh translation and an affidavit...
will it be ok if send the application with explanation letter?

You need to get the affidavit from the translator as well.

Also certify the photocopy of your birth and marriage certificates which are not in English .
