Need some help here. HR of one of my employers is neither giving me experience certificate nor is he denying to provide it. He just says I'll give you tomorrow. I've been following up with HR for last 2 weeks and now I've given up coz I think he won't provide it. My reporting manager from that company has also changed his job. What am I supposed to do here, I've got the relieving certificate from this company which doesn't have job responsibilities etc.

Is self affidavit necessary to be provided in this case or can I just provide a declaration or something?

Or can I ask my reporting manager, who is now in another company, to give me a reference letter on his current company letterhead alongwith his relieving letter from our previous company?

Hello guys,

I forgot to put my full name on travel form. I know, how stupid of me to miss it.

But is there any chance CIC will consider my application or do they reject in this case?

Hi,

I need to ask if i submit my application for FSWP today, when should i expect to get request to show settlement funds ?

Considering the fact that few people on this forum have got medical request within 2 months, anyone who has got medical request please enlighten if they have hown settlement funds already or not?

What is the difference between RPRF fees and PR fees... what other cost I need to bear before getting PR ?

thanks

Thank you

1. You and your spouse needs to fill up the following forms separately only:

Background declaration
Additional family information

Travel form is NOT required to be filled up by your spouse.

2. Yes other than 50 eligible occupations you need to mention the NOC code for other jobs (Skill level O,A or B) as well.

3. Your designation does not need to be similar to the sample titles , matching duties is the main issue.

It depends on which VO you select. If it is CPC Ottawa then in March, 2015. for NDVO maybe June 2015 and for London and Singapore God knows, we can't predict anything.

Date:
SOLEMN AFFIRMATION

I, XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, the undersigned, (principal applicant), residing at XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, hereby solemnly affirm that from XXXXXXXXXXXXXX till date I am employed with XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, currently designated as XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I work as a regular full-time employee (40 hours per week) and my main duties consist of:

1
2
3
4
5
6

I am unable to obtain a letter with the job description from my employer because the HR department doesn't provide any such letter with the job duties mentioned on it. The only thing they provide with is an proof of employment with the designation and the date of joining mentioned on it. I have that letter and I shall enclose the copy of the same along with detailed job responsibilities and designations held during my tenure at XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Maybe your HR is having difficulty listing down your duties and responsibilities that's why its taking a while for HR to get back to you. Maybe you can try to ask for just the standard format of Certificate of Employment, which states that you were employed by the company from when to when with a specific role of XXX and getting a salary of xxxx...

If you can atleast get this, then you can ask your manager (who has left the company) to provide you with a signed your list of responsibility and duties. Better yet, if your tier 2 manager (manager or your manager) is still in the company, show him the list that your manager signed, and ask if he can give you a letter to support your duties and responsibilities as well.

I think, a letter from someone else would be better than a self affidavit.
And if worse comes to worse and HR would not give you even a standard format of certificate of employment, then better submit a copy of your contract which you and the company signed when you joined.

Not a chance, unless some miracle happen. Looking at the speed CIO is working, you will be charged in January next year, then PER, AOR and then Medicals and funds statement.
Ashif, creator of this forum is also from Singapore and he has applied in May 2013, he is also waiting for Medicals. I am sorry to say but Singapore VO is too slow.

actually, he already said your format is OK but is just not doing anything to provide it. all of the technical staff (my manager and his manager and so on) were transferred to another company last year. So the only ppl remaining in my previous company are HR ppl or commercial ppl. we are working for the same company but on rolls on new company. i've got a basic relieving certificate though with designation, period of employment etc.

Wait for two weeks, then ask your bank. They might be able to tell you the status.
