how many days difference is there between cc applicants and DD applicants for any particular day....for eg: if 9th may cc applicants got charged ...then after how many days did the dd applicants get charged???

The payment methods are treated the same day wether CC or DD. However, while value for credit charge is received immediately by CIC, demand drafts have to go through clearing cycle. Depending on the issuing bank, it could take between 3 days and 2 weeks.

Ideally 9th and 12th May applicants are getting charged, 15th may might take another 4 - 5 weeks.

4-5 weeks?? Well I think CIC would start working on May 15th apps in the next 2 weeks or so.

Relax.. Im a jul 23rd applicant.. seniors waiting, so u too gotto wait..

its gonna pick up speed gradually, check out per day applications rcvd after may 15th in SS. evythings gonna turnaround once PER for 7th - 9th are shot out by CIC.

I know that .. Since 12th May apps are being charged, (on a conservative note), it won't take more than 2 weeks to move '3 days' forward. Obviously, these are all personal predictions based on the trend.

I am showing the enough POF (settlement funds) as per the requirements of FSW, but during the landing time, can i bring more settlement funds, or do i have to stick to the numbers i filled in the form during submission.

Finally,, my credit card has been charged today...July 24th. It was showing pending on 22nd and 23rd.. One hurdle crossed...now wait for PER

In the spreadsheet, it says that your app was received on May 16, even though you filed it on May 6. Are you sure about your dates? When did your app arrive at CIC?

i have just received my ielts result by sms ....as devastated as i am by a shockingly low result , i would still share it to confirm whether i have counted my points correctly

S=7.......6

overall band= 7

TOTAL 21..........Please correct me if i am wrong.

Unfortunately, I am not sure the exact date. I sent my application through US postal service, Not Courier. They said, guaranteed delivery by 12th, but I couldn't get delivery confirmation until May 16th. So that's why, I had May 16th as received date.

Hi, you can actually bring more or have it transferred. If you are taking it with you physically it has to be declared though. Cheers
