In that case all my documents are in English. Infact some of them are bilingual as in english as well as hindi, then i need not notorise even one document!!

I am still not able to digest this, because I remember that I read somewhere on the CIC website itself that all documents which are not original but photocopy documents..you need to notorise them. lemme try to find that extract and paste here.

Translation of documents
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

•the English or French translation; and
•an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
•a certified copy of the original document.

Today after so many days of follow up, HDFC Bank informed me that my DD was encashed on 8th of July 2014. By the way can anyone guide what is the procedure between encashment of DD and receiving PER number?

You can check in your account on WES website, they are prompt in updating as soon as they receive the documents. I had sent the documents to WES on 14th june which was received by them on 17th. They has given the evaluation time till 21st July. And on 21st july my account update on WES states they have dispatched the evaluation report.

So seems these guys are quite prompt in it.

My friend is planning to apply by keeping his wife as Primary applicant. He wants to know whether he can travel first without primary applicant ? Also once a Visa is issued within what time frame we should land there ?

Everyone must land within a year of the medical exam, and the primary applicant must be among the first group to land. Others can land later.

2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response"

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

4. If you have your edit link, just open it and update your information. If you forgot to save "Edit your response" link, please resubmit and save it for future update. You old duplicate entry will be removed.

These are only approved apps and there time goes in every app they pick, so the number of apps that they attend will be higher i'm sure.

And not everyone is there in the spreadsheet.

But i can certainly understand the restlessness.. :'( :'(

I think if they start sending PERs to applicants from 7th may onwards....the next cap update will be huge and that will mean lesser number of people will send their applications. Thats why they are just not sending any PERs....
