NOC category is one of the three subset of current FSW scheme.....the other two are Phd category and offer of Arranged employment category.
NOC category has 25,000 caps as maximum.
Phd category has 5,000 caps as maximum.
Offer of arranged employment category does not have any stated cap....meaning,as many applicants are welcomed.
The primary NOC2011 codes are sets of generated codes to explain the relationship between professions and their expected job responsibilities.Canadian government came up with an agreed document in year 2011 which seems to still be the current document now.

The Guideline clearly states :

Along with any Translated document provide a certified copy of the Original document.

Did you enclose the attested copy of original BC (native language) in your Application ??

If you can give details of what work exp related documents you have already provided then the second objection can be inferred 8)

My bro had applied under 1112 file reached on 2nd may 14 and before two days received it back.

Need some help if someone can.

It states that it was returned due to non fullfillment of section 10 of irpa and there is a checklist attached with it which says original untranslated birth certificate required.

Also it states a letter saying that in last 10 year your job should meet requirement for point calcualtion... I am confused what they require.... do they require just birth certi or all lot of things.

If someon can help i can send attachment to personal email of someone who can guide

Urgent help
I talked to hdfc head office and my DD is 3 month valid and it will expire on 05 august. They said DD takes 10-20 working day to clear.. I am in trouble please suggest any solution. I dont want my file returned...please reply soon..

I would suggest you to ask again. All international DD has to be of 6 months as per RBI regulations. Was any expiry date mentioned on DD, if not it is sure for 6 months.

Thank you so much for ur reply. I would like to tell you that I have my uci because I had sent the application last year as well and it was returned due to incompleteness. Considering the fact that i have my uci what would u suggest ...........................should i send a new fee payment form or complete application package itself .

Yes please,send both to be on safe side.
Its better to err on the side of caution rather than opposite.
Most times,your original completed application would have been treated to a logical conclusion before your additional documents arrived.They may have even returned it before your additional documents arrives so there is no guarantee and like I say,very few instances avail to show that it has been successful.I'm sure you know that processing fee is not a step/mistake that can be over-looked....other mistakes of filling forms may be over-looked but this can not be over-looked so I want you to use all available options at your disposal to correct it.
Send the form......
Send a new application package if you can afford it and lets hope and pray for the best.

There is no specific timeline....In Some cases its done simultaneously, in some cases, it takes 2-10 days or even more...

My birth certificate does not have my name but has both my parents name. Will it work? Also, I have not attached my secondary certificates, so in that case will the birth certificate work? or does my application stand a chance of rejection?

I have always been around ....although passively and not actively.
Most request have been answered and correctly dealt with by our association of Gurus in the house including your honourable self....hence no need to be duplicating several responses for same queries/request.
Also,I take time to answer PMs directed at me personally and back home,a similar thread like this runs (http://www.nairaland.com/1279130/canadian-federal-skilled-worker-program-timelines/64#24859334) initiated by solomonwis. I try to contribute my widows mite effort too.

Sadly, yes your application can be rejected on the basis of this reason. I suggest you to send a new application as soon as you can. What is your NOC category?

Just to curious to know, if anyone can tell me how quick is the 2014 FSW program? I mean the processing time without a job offer. Is it the same older way "Snail Process" or its bit quicker now?

sorry man, you cannot get your name added anytime... (pls refer to my earlier post)

You got your name added on BC this year.. because your name was there in the Munic. register already. Pls check with your parents, they might have added your name in the Munic. register down the line (sometime after getting your BC with 'male' child issued)

Not just 80's - kids born in 2013 also get their birth certificates without a name on it (unless you provide a name as soon as kid is born). One can always get a name added to birth certificate anytime. I was born in 1980 and got my name added this year. My son is 2013 born and I got his name added a few days back..no hassles..just follow the standard procedure of Municipal Corporation.

I used to have a hand written birth certificate on preprinted stationary and now that they moved to computerised environment they gave me a printed certificate with my name mentioned on it and the certificate also refers to their records of both manual and computerised serial numbers.

Processing Time : 10 days and if you have personal links it does not take more than 2 days. (I got mine in 3 hours )

Dear Experts,

I'm applying under 2173 category.Please pour in your valuable suggestions on the below questions.

1.I'm not able to get roles and responsibilities on company letter head. So preparing an affidavit for the same. In this case is business card mandataroy of referee mandatory?
2.I have around 7 yrs exp ( 5 yrs in company1, 8 months gap and then 15 months in company 2 and 7 months in current company ). Do i need to cover up the gap saying i was preparing for some thing/teaching in an institute otr something like that Or no need to say anything.
3.Is it too late if am applying for 2173 by this weekend ??
