I have received back my file today due to a blunder done by me by mentioning 2 NOC on Schedule Form 3.

I am planning to submit my file again, what are the chances left for me, if i apply under NOC 2173 or 2174.

Do i need to take a chance or not.

Also, Do i need to make a new DD as it is now valid till 15th Oct 2014.

Please help..

Hello Nishu900, sorry to hear that your file was returned .. but can explain the situation which got ur file returned did they mention the reason ... schedule 3 form can have more one NOC cause i might start my career as developer then move into support and then may QA but i am trying to claim points for the NOC in which i have 6 yrs of experience isnt that right .??

Experts please comment cause i have been with few companies and some time i was 2173 and sometimes i am 2171 and i applied for 2171 cause i have 5.7 yrs of exp in current and 1 year i am showing it from previous company.

I had sent an email to cic on 5 iune. I got reply yesterday. They said they received my application 7 may. And it is waiting assessment and they will send me reply in due course. My dd is cashed and ecas shows in process!!!!

Lets talk numbers to keep it simple (Source: the same article this time the portion highlighted in 'black')

Deal size (Acquisition): CAD 210 million
.. this is paid one time all- cash deal

Revenue (Top line) growth over the contract term: CAD 120 million * 10 years = CAD 1200 million
.. most likely the contract gets renewed after 10 yrs.. so the CAD 120 million becomes a perpetuity 8)

So, Deal Value/ Outsourcing Revenue = 210 / 1200 => 17.5%

What would you call it- an Acquisition or Outsourcing deal ?? 8)

P.S. Wipro stock closed up +1.98% on NSE today - FYI

PPS - Empirical data suggests whenever any Co. makes an acquisition, the Stock price of Acquirer Co goes down !
Takeway- The stock price of Wipro has moved up today due to bagging this Outsourcing deal and Not the said Acquisition !!

I have send my application on 4th of july which was delivered to CIC on 10th of july.
Now can anyone please tell me how could i be sured about my reception of application? Will they emailed me or i have to contact? As per my knowledge, CIC will emailed me by providing a ref number. Anyone please let me know.

What is the chance of sending back the application right at this stage?

Your courier delivery receipt is the only thing that can confrm your application reached.. cic will not send you any email about application received, you will receive PER Mail from cic if your application gets accepted and completes eligibility review and your fee encashed

I approached bank for DD , they said they need FORM 15CA and FORM 15CB for making the DD for Income Tax dept of India.

Did anyone in this forum did this before

If there any mistakes done by chartered accountant in the 15CA and 15CB forms , will it effect my DD transaction or anything like that
plz suggest.

Thanks for your suggestion. I just contacted Municipal Corporation and they told me that they are issuing Birth Certificates with the collaboration of Nadra system deployed in their offices. Those who think that Nadra issues Birth Certificate are entirely wrong as they don't. Bundles of thanks for putting me in right track.

You just have to take your mother and father CNIC copies with your CNIC and apply for the Computerized birth certificate to a union council of your area or to the main city district office. They don't even ask for the old hand written certificates. But if you have that certificate with you just take it with you for reference. It is actually not required. I got mine made in the same way 2 weeks back.

Dear Seniors,

I am very much Interested to enroll in FSWP in 2014. I am Qualifying under Human Resource Managers and the total points coming are 71 for myself.

Also, I have got my Work experience certificate, IELTES Score Card, PCC also done, WES Evaluation Report. And all these documents are already ready from last month month however, I have not enrolled till now because of following reasons

a) I am married and I don't have the Marriage Certificate, Can I try and apply by showing Marriage Certificate given by Registered Sikh Temple and also I have my husbands name embossed on my Passport. Legal Court Marriage Certificate cant be made right now because of some reason.

b) Secondly, If my husband doesn't enrolls with me, then what reason should we give for his non applying.

c) Lastly, My husbands DOB on Birth Certificate is 08- July-1983, however on all other documents like Class 10th Cert and his Passport its 08- July-1983. So If we show his DOB proof as Class 10 th Certifcate then what reason should be give for non-submission of his Date of Birth proof.

Please help me and suggest if anyone of you have gone through such situation of non having marriage certificate and have been able to qualify.

I think Marriage certificate is mandatory

Nd you can use sec school certificate if it has
Applicant name
Dob
Parents name
And/or affidavit as a proof of birth from parents side...

If date of birth is same then why you are worrying for birth certificate???

As far as internally moving employees to Canada (in a Outsourcing deal).. it won't be more than 5 (in Canada) for every 100 seats added in India 8). So closing the loop - the jobs will be created in India / B'lore.. not in Canada !!

(P. S. The article speaks for itself from the link which was posted earlier, the portions "highlighted" in red was not the challenge/ issue)

My courier delievered yesterday (signed by David) under NOC category 0111 (Financial managers). Thanx for all of your suggestions and help.

Should i consider myself in the game as only 19 applications are shown under this category uptill now on cic website.

I just made a small mistake by showing height of my kid as 4 ft instead of 3 ft. Would this impact in anyway and should i need to inform the CIC about this error.

I don't think it will impact your application... But if you are still worried then you can give your chid complan regulary....
