Filling Additional family information form .on behalf of my spouse .i am principal applicant.

in first field Relation Applicant. whose name should i write. mine the principal applicant. for my spouse name for whom i am filling up this form

means in both form mine and my spouse in field whose relationship is Applicant should i write principal applicant name ?

confused please help.

Wait till 9th may get processing, send a mail to cic, if you don't hear any news from them its better to send a brand new application... don't wait until your application return it will take long time...

Just sending an envelope with the missing documents and a letter explaining will be enough? I have a complete copy of my application back at home. Gonna use to check it if the copy of my diploma was there or not. Im sure I didn't send it translated, I'm just not sure if I have or not included the damned copy. Jeez, had it all ready on may 1st. Cannot believe I screwed up that bad.

edit: just talked to my wife on the phone. As she's the most organized person on the relationship (LoL) I asked her if she remebers including a copy of the diploma. She said she's 100% sure we added it to the application. Gotta trust her on this one!

On your form, you are the applicant and your spouse is the spouse.

On your spouse's form, your spouse is the applicant and you are the spouse.

First process his application and ask him that he should enter canada within next month, i will say him that i'm the immigration minister......... ;D

How should I fill Additional Family Information form for my Spouse? Is it required?

A. Absolutely! It is a required document and your spouse should fill it. The form asks for “Applicant” and not “Principal Applicant“. Take care of it when filling the form. You, as a Principal applicant will write your name in “Applicant” Column and you will write your wife/husbands name in “Spouse” column.

Similarly, when your spouse is filling the form, he/she will write his/her name in the “Applicant” row & your name in the “Spouse“.

For both forms, you will write your kids details [if any], or will sign the declaration at the bottom of second section for no kids.

The last table will be filled separately by the two of you with your own siblings.

Why wait till end of the month? Why not next Monday? Remember, you are not the only one who wants to apply, there are millions worldwide interested in the FSW and thousands will apply this weekend. Please hasten up your efforts. It's best to make hay while the sun shines, all the best

you should be ok. 1123 is not so hot as of. I believe u should give it a try
