Bro, my PCC has gone with application.
But it has your picture on left corner and statement in the center saying......This is to clarify that there is no adverse information againts Mr. XXX, son of Mr. YYY which would lead him ineligible for entry to Canada. not sure of exact wordings, but thats all there is... nothing more.

Its mandatory to submit highest degree's educational docs...

We have observed applicants file returned already with the same mistakes......

His name is relima...returned on 6/30/2014

My application has reached CIC on may 9th. In case it's returned to me (due to the lack of a degree photocopy), what would be the next steps? Just include the copies and resend the whole package?

Wait till 9th may get processing, send a mail to cic, if you don't hear any news from them. its better to send a brand new application... don't wait until your application return it will take long time...

I checked with Chris Alexander, he informed that due to storm Arthur, CIC building is without power supply and their email server is not working. However, to review applications, he has already provided sufficient supply of Candle. Additionally, CIC staff is using the "torch" of their cell phones to continue with the review. He advised all of us to remain patient!

How important is it to include a copy of my degree, given that the original ECA report already states that I have an "x" degree of education and the equivalent to canadian education?

I'm asking that cz I truly don't remember if I included or not a copy of my diploma/certificate within my complete application.

Very important. ECA report just includes ur canadian equivalency but CIC wont be able to verify or compare it with ur past history that you mention in one of the application forms, to see if it is accurate or not.
