Hi Ashifee and Other Experts,
I need your help regarding LOR from my current organization.
My Current organisation is not ready to give LOR with Job responsibilities, saying that its not in their POLICY.
Instead they have accepted to give only the Reference letter with "period of working, Salary details, full time employee".
Hence I've asked my certification team to include the below line in the Letter.
"Important: As per XXXXX policy, there is no process of issuing a general Skill certificate with job responsibilities for an active employee"
But i don't Know whether they will mention the above line or not. Just get a letter from your company or HR department that issuing such letter is not in company policy. It will do.
In this situation, What can i Do...
1. Self declaration of Job responsibilities and make affidavit it. Not a good option. Leave it for end. Works in few cases.
OR
2. Letter from my colleagues with the Job responsibilities and make affidavit it. Try to get it from your manager or supervisor and also attach their business card if available incase CIC wants to contact them for verification, and also if possible try to get a letter from your client regarding roles and responsibilities. Don't forget to make an affidavit.
Whether 1 or 2 will be accepted by CIC ??? Please advice.
