Hi Everyone,

My friend wants to apply for Canadian Immigration under Federal Skilled Worker class. He has some issues regarding his name.

1) On his passport his first and last name are written under GIVEN NAME. While there is nothing under LAST name. It written as "--"

2) He is living in Saudi Arabia, and his name on bank account is written as "his name + his father name". Is it a problem too during immigration process?

Other than passport, on all documents his name is correct. Would his application be rejected due to this?

What you guys suggest in his case.

All replies would be appreciated.

I never thought I would have such a difficulty in finding MAILING LABEL in Brunei. Can any pl share the acceptable size of the label?

you have to include LABEL and not the envelope.. so get print out of your mailing address and include it.

Done with all the documentation except ECA Sad

I am from India. Kindly help with the documents which I need to send for ECA evaluation through WES
My degree is BE.

I have below:-

1) Photocopy (unattested) of Final degree certificate.

2) All 4 year marksheets of my engineering years attested by university's Controller of exams and then placed only the marksheet and WES transcript request form in uni envelope and sealed. I am not adding Degree certificate in the envelope. Its in package but not in the uni envelope.

3) Nothing is written on envelope. (address or anything)

Confused related to below documents:-

1) My degree is in Hindi. Need translations also? If yes what should be the format and if they require photocopies or original of translations
2) In Forum, something was mentioned about the cover letter having 'Reference Number'. What is that?
3) Form filled through WES Site?

Kindly Help.

Do i need to give 6 photographs of all my family members with the forms?

Just read the point 19 of document checklist - where it has mentioned to provide 6 photographs of mine,family members whether they are accompanying me or not.

Does that mean i need to give photographs of spouse family members too?

Your, your spouse's and your children's only.

Guys.. Can i send photographs which are 7-8 months only.. I dont see any change in me..
Also, there is nothing mentioned on the photographs.. as to if they are clicked at what date..???? Please suggest..???

If you appearance is not changed then you can use them. But make sure they meet the Photograph specification, and don't forget to write your name, DOB and Date of Photo taken (here you can manipulate the date) on 5 photographs and leave one blank.

Yes, for faster processing, you need to mention you WES Reference number on the envelope and also on a white sheet along with the documents preferably on a printed sheet. Don't worry I believe you will hear from WEC today itself. I heard that they answer the payment related queries very quickly. I as well got the response in less than 24 hours. And by the way dispatch your documents by UPS since you are in India. I heard UPS is better than DHL in many ways. I dispatched my documents from Bangalore and they reached Toronto in 3 days. All the best.

I already filled thelis query form..now i have to send this application package and i have read somewhere that o also need to send the fees acknowledgment... Which i dont have right now...its getting late day by day

Regarding WES...I am from India and after completing high school education (10th Standard) i finished 3 years diploma and 3 years engineering degree. Now, i am sending diploma and degree certificates. Do i need to send the 10th standard marksheet also ?.

No need. your highest level of education's credentials are required.

You can not include your mother in law in this Process.
You can bring her (on visitor visa or super visa) after you get your PR
