I am in the same situation... and I have written a letter , sent it to the Processing Centre (about 2 months ago) and have received nothing. No help from the Call Center either as for all of you.

CIC told me they cannot see whether the pictures were delivered, its not in the system... So I have to wait. No update on ecas and its been a month so far. It is so frustrating.

What post did you use to send it? My country DHL refused to deliver it since it is PO box

Maybe.. I've read of a post somewhere saying that the person received a photo retake letter and 2 weeks later received his pr card with the old pictures. CIC works in mysterious ways :)

I also got through today to a call agent - they are requesting new photos. I am a bit confused because in the email I received afterwards fro the agent there is one pdf file stating that I need to have one photo with the date the picture was taken and the photographer info and the other one...
