In my case everything required except no of hours is present in the reference letters but they mentioned that I was a permanent employee. They are not ready to provide me no of hours thing. Will it lead to rejection?

Kindly suggest if the certified copies of translation of documents need to be original or photocopies will work. I am having scanned copied of translations although the notarized declaration is original.
