Hi All,

Today I received a mail from WES regarding online survey.

I thought it should be related to WES services, but it is all related to career, employment, etc affecting us in Canada. Not sure if it is right to give them some of our personal information. Pls tell whether i should fill this survey or not? or someone else has gone through such survey.

Yes. I felt the same fishy thing with the types of questions that were asked on the survey. But then I stilled completed it, with complete honesty and integrity. I would say you should also fill it. Be brave. If they kill you for being honest - they are probably not worth it anyway.

Dear experts.

I have applied under FSWP 2014 in NOC 2133, there by showing my spouse as dependent. I have shown the total experience of 6 years with IELTS (Listening: 8, Reading: 6.5, Speaking: 7 and Writing: 7). I have got my ECA done through University of torronto. Currently, I am living in KSA and have also submitted my and my spouse PCCs both from my original country and KSA. Overall, I have submitted all the required forms along with evidences and proof of funds.

I sent application on 19th June and it was received by cic 25th june (as per fedex).

I want to know what is next step now, what should I do now? and how and when CIC is going reply me, and how can I track my application?

Now you do nothing (except wait and pray ;D ;D)

CIC will not confirm receipt of the application....first activity would be charging your Credit Cards or cashing in you Bank Draft if you can track that from your bank..then you can expect receiving a Positive Eligibility Review from them by email (or by normal mail if you have not supplied an email)...

You can expect all this to start happening maybe in 2 - 3 months....they are still processing 7th May applications and yours is 25th June...so still long way I'm afraid

If you have a UCI number with them you can track your application but again nothing will really show up until CC is charged at least...

What you need to do now is wait and pray for the next 2-3 months, you will get an email about acceptance of your application and in case of rejection (God forbids) you will receive your whole application back on your mailing address..

There are many many silent observers of NOC 2133 who dont bother to add their details to the SS 2014, so the no of applications for this NOC may be far more than what everyone is expecting.
Lets hope our applications are accepted without any hurdle. Good luck!

If my package till under review by CIO office (No CC NO PER yet) can I send a duplicate package to CIO office (same NOC) ? Because I want to include missing document and also another method pf payment (DD)

Is the duplicate package will harm my original package?

A Quick question. For the two labels that we need to send to CIC. Does it need to have only applicants name or should we include Co-applicants name as well?

Yes, that is the only point - to me also it looks little fishy. WES should ask us to fill survey related to their services not those questions which can impact directly/indirectly our living in Canada. Not sure, but they might share these info with CIC as well coz i don't think this data is of any use for WES.

Thanks for your positive reply. Appreciated! Just one quick thing, Instead of WES, I got my degree verified by CES (Universty of Torronto) Hope this is also fine.

Actually, I forgot to mention N/A or put (-) in UCI section and left it blank in my application considering that CIC would know as I am new applicant, hope there won't be any issue.

Ok, I would keep my fingers crossed and keep praying that it get accepted. I mentioned my credit card number there and so far nothing received on my email stating that my card has been charged.

any CPC-OTTAWA Medical Request ? it's been long time heard that

ottawa went silent after 4-5 MR's around 6/23-6/24.....seems strange but it may be that those 4-5 cases were given a clean chit in all respects by CIO in intial review, so ottawa VO only did a quick review and issued MR...thats my guess

How long do you think 2131 will hold ?
I know at least ten applicants either stuck with WES or
Ielts/ Celpip or with PCC like in my case.

I think I will be able to file my case by August 1st week, I am just
anxious if the NOC 2131 remains open till that time ????
