Hello everyone..
FYI
I had sent wrong photographs (Normal passport size photos) with my application & realized my mistake only after 20 days..
Then on advice from seniors, I had resent the photographs by courier & a E-mail to notify CIC to add these photos to my application.

Yesterday, after 1 month i received the following reply:

Good Afternoon:

Noted in database.

Does this mean that they have added to photos to my application?
& have they started processing my application & encashing my DD?

Hi, Anyone from India sent the package in last 7 days through Fedex. As Fedex is teeling it will take a week for the delivery due to run way repair works at Dubai Airport.

Any idea on that?

It is not fully true. As main dubai airport is closed for renovation since last one month but all the flights diverted to Al Makhtum airport which is near to Dubai and it's fully operational.

My application also routed via Dubai by Aramex but it reached on 16th Jun. at CIC.

I see that 6 Applications were charged per our Spreadsheet. There are still 11 more application to go for May 7th. It is interesting to note that 5 of them are credit card holders.

Ideally if CIS should have cleared all of the May 7th application, if that's the case then the above credit cards should have charged by this. Do we have any update for them?

If we get positive update about credit card charge, then we can assume that the May7th tsunami is over.

In case if they are still waiting for the credit card process, it looks like CIC has not completed the processing yet for the 7th application. Interestingly

I am a May 7th applicant - MOP : CC. Still waiting for CC Charge or any communication.

Thank you rbb8 for sharing the info. Also, there are speculations that immigration process might become stricter and FSW program may be withdrawn once Express Entry is successfully installed in place.

Hi There .. I had obtained my experience certificate from HR 1 month ago and will still take a while to send my application. Any Idea how old that letter be issued.

Also as Iam working in a bank in the Finance Deptt as Finance Manager can I apply for 1111 or 0111 category..

PER received 24th June 2014 I don't know when my DD was encashed (my bank was unable to track it).

Admins, can you please update the spreadsheet? I don't have the edit link saved in this PC, and I just couldn't wait to give you all this news! Thanks

Congrats Misha123... You are the 2nd person reporting PER among 6th May applicants. Wish you all the best.
Hopefully they will start PER for 7th May soon LOL 8) 8)

I have a confusion regarding settlement fund since I deposited required amount at a time just yesterday and bank issued me Balance certificate stating just needed amount in my account at the same time they issued bank statement showing past six months history as well. My question here is : Can I just submit balance certificate without bank statement as it shows just fresh required amont deposited ?

Thanks bro, its scary how numbers are running though. BUt i think till 8th May applicants, our firm represents 8-10% applicants, but after that, our number will bump up like representing around 15-20% of the daily applicant population as after that only those who have applied this year would play a vital role.

Rest all in the hands of that almighty. May god be with all
