Ok bro thanks, but the thing is i dont have now result of class 11, as you know it is non board exam so i didnt kept its records, wt can be done now, can i enter 10 then 12 and so on..

see EDIT to my previous post: If your secondary school certificate (don't know if 12th is acceptable) has 1) your name, 2) Your DOB, 3) Name of either one or both parents ....... NO NEED FOR AFFIDAVIT.... if any of these 3 info is missing IMMEDIATLY RECALL YOUR APP, IT WILL BE REJECTED

Spreadsheet update/entry process
1. please give your input through http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Entry

2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response"

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

Class 11th is not needed. 10th and then 12th. That's what most people have done!

It is SSC then HSC, then bachelor degree, and then Master Degree.

Let me start by Congratulating all the members getting their CC/DD Charges and receiving PERs

I just want to encourage everyone to add their details to the spreadsheet. It greatly helps the rest of us who are waiting and praying !! It also helps the admins to generate awesome stats which are way better than anything you can get from CIC.


First time entry ? Lost the link to edit or don't know how to edit ?? Go ahead and add your details again

Just follow the simple steps below:

1) -- Open the URL for the Entry form -- https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Wl4oS7u4P1oek09X6ZUO6hHK-9jE3TNIAwgHSWMowAA/viewform
2) -- Fill out your information -- Use exact forum username (refill if you do not know how to edit, the old entry is taken care of by a magical script the admins wrote)
3) -- Hit Submit - and voila .. your information is in the spreadsheet
4) -- Important Make sure to bookmark/save the Edit Your Response Link -- you get on this page. Later when you want to update, you simply come to this link and edit it and the information is updated in the sheet.

Brother, have you captured most details as mentioned in document checklist item # 12? Did you match the roles and responsibilities as per your NOC requirements? If those are taken care of you are fine.

Also, do you have UCI # from a previous year's application? If you don't have it most likely it becomes VERY difficult to send another courier and get anything added to already received file. Even with a UCI # forum members say it is not 100% clear if they add a later sent courier material to the original application.

I am applying for the very first time,...So I have no UCI number...I have included almost all the data regarding my employment history that indicate my experience and supporting documents including copies of signed work contract...All these mention my job role and responsibilities but not like the way they do on Job adverts...I am a Mechanical Design Engineer working in Automotive product development.And the companies I have worked for are all automotive brands like Mahindra.
