My application has been returned. I applied under NOC 0111 and it reached on May 7th. This is the return message:

"After review, your application does not meet the requirements of a complete application pursuant of Regulation (R) 10 of IRPA.

You have identified National Occupational Classification (NOC) code: 0111 - Financial Managers as the primary occupation to be assessed. All supporting documentation provided regarding this work experience history was taken into consideration. The employment letter from <My current organization> does not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.

Therefore, I am not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC 0111 - Financial Managers

NOTE: Any reference to work experience in a NOC code other than the primary occupation identified on your application has not been assessed pursuant to R(10) of IRPA.

As your application does not meet the requirements of R(10) of IRPA, it is considered incomplete and is being returned to you for this reason"

PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT I CAN DO NEXT?

NOC 0111 cap is still far away from having been filled? Can I still get a more detailed letter from my organization explaining my duties in more elaboration which are in sync with how the essential duties are described in NOC website and re-send the application?

I also suggest once you have the updated job description, please send an email to noc-cnp@workingincanada.gc.ca to inquire if your job responsibilities will match your intended NOC.

Try to take a newer Job erf letter with atleast 80 % matching (JD that u do on ur employment)with below link....

For the Job letter, I m recommending someone with similar NOC code...

But brother, I believe, u have enough chances to reapply successfully....

So do not worry for the safe time...Just take required docs ASAP...

There is no calculation.. it is just first come first serve plus the backlog.. so it can be 37 or 67 days.. no one can predict...

If you go through the spreadsheet and check the "Times" sheet, the average time "Days b/w App. Rcvd & PER" is currently 38, minimum 29, and maximum 52.

You need to be careful because CIO is more strict on the Managerial positions or occupation I remember one website who is handling refusal of visa, mostly managerial occupation. Also, from the letter I see that you should improve and provide responsibilities thoroughly with respect to supervision and managing part, please elaborate on those part.

Firstly,We are all sorry for this scenario of yours.
Yes you can still get another letter from your organization.....Just that this time,you need to be more detailed in your Job duties.
The forum will need some info from you....

Please share the Job duties you submitted for applicants in your interested NOC to help you out with what you need to present to your employer as letter of reference.
Please share the date it was returned back to you(the date on the return letter to you).
Please share your current location.

Oh brother! Really sorry to hear it. My panic button also has been pressed up as I have also in the same NOC. Try to give at least 8 roles which correspond to the NOC's roles also.

You can apply provided you have the relevant experience which can be documented by your employer in your letter of reference.
Your bachelor degree is fine and will not be used as employment requirement......but as a qualifying factor to be eligible.
You will need to evaluate your bachelor degree from www.wes.org to get 21 points.
You will need to also write IELTS test.

Those employment records are not required for FSW application ...

Those are required for In- CANADA Job requirement...

So just apply without any worry...

Hmmmmm.
This look dicey.
I'm not a financial specialist....but it seems to me that your Job duties is more of NOC 1111 or NOC1112!
NOC0111 seems senior to your described duties.
It looks to me as a mis-matched NOC on your part......your Job duties would have perfectly fit in to other NOCs easily than NOC0111.
For NOC0111...the Job duties are of more supervisory role,maintaining of policies,coordination and so.
If NOC0111 is truly your NOC....you need to be more decisive and detailed in your letter of reference.
