I got this certi for my spouse as she was born in Dubai......her parents is in Dubai currently,,,,,,how can i make affidavit by them
and what kind of format is required for affidavit???

Although I cannot confirm but if your spouse was born in Dubai I think this should be okay. The concern is with Indian nationals who were not born in the UAE.

Last date is 31dec 2014 if your noc is not hottest one. And ECA will take approximate 30 days if its done from WES. Not sure about ICAS. I think 1-3 months.

I have a question... Someone mentioned that his file was returned last year due to CAP reach but he has UCI number... I guess when they return the file due to CAP reach UCI will not be given... Please confirm...

Also if UCI has been given in 2013 and someone has not mentioned it in 2014 form then will they be able to find the UCI using name and DOB.. or will they issue a new UCI..

It will not be accepted, as BC issued by consulates abroad has been cited as inappropriate in the below link( FSW 2013 Spreadsheet)

UCI Stays the same after your first application. In the application that was returned to me for CAP. the UCI was hand written on the general application form.

1 year software engineer-database = 2172
3 years software engineer = 2173
2012 march to current = 2172

how much points do i get .if i apply for 2172 as primary occupation.?

If you are choosing 2172 as primary NOC then you can claim 11 points for work experience.. I suggest that you should go with this NOC if you can manage at least 67 points with it as its not very much popular(HOT) amongst the one who wants to migrate. The similar trend is observed on SkillSelect (Australian Immigration) where Database related category CAPS are not even half filled.

I disagree with you. I have submitted my birth certificate which was issued by the Consulate General of India. I did received PER. Not sure if something is missing on his BC.

search 2013 spreadsheet. You seem to be very sure about consulate certificate, did you submit app this way?.

Did you submit your 10th certificate also/school outgoing/affidavit? These are taken as valid alternative to BC.

Which CGI did you receive the BC from ? And what is the title on the Certificate ?

Did you submit any other supporting documents along with it ?
