Hi Seniors,

Need you suggestion urgently.....my wes report has been sent on May 21st and it is still not delivered to me...one huge mistake of my life that i have done is I havent selected the courier option...i have selected the normal mail option...After repeated number of inquiries from local post office, head post office, canada post, i was told even God cannot predict when it will arrive..

Ordering an additional report with courier option is now taking around 135USD...I have made ready my documentation three weeks back and waiting for this report...Instead of this can I send a print of WES report which is available online and send along with my documentation writing a cover letter for the same ? I will send the original wes whenever it arrives. Will they accept this way or directly reject it and adding to this, my category falls under the red hot cake category 2174....

Seniors please suggest me...Do i have any chance to fall in the cap if i follow this...

I suggest that you have to pay extra to order an additional report as I'm afraid that 2174 might be full when the time your wes report arrive.

The file number generating maximum time is 4 months right. Correct me if I am wrong

I got my first passport way long back and i got it renewed recently and Yes both my New Passport and PCC was issued in same PSK and i just had to spead half a day and 2 Copies of PCC were given to me and Seal in my Passport.

Did you apply for PCC at the same psk where you applied for passport?

When was your passport issued?

Yes you are correct it should be payable to "receiver general of canada". DD generally are valid for 6 months

As per CIO instruction, the WES report (the one with sealed and actual result) is the accepted and valid documentation to claim for your points. If this is not available please don't submit your application it will be rejected due to invalid document.

Please see checklist, it is stated on that when claiming point s for education.

Check with the local postal guy, if you r in india, shipment time is approx 12 days (normal post ),, what is your status in WES now ?

so does that mean the form will be accepted till 30 June 2014? As long as the application are delivered and sign off by CIC before that date, we can still use the old form?

My lawyer said we can use the old form but I doubt about this,so want to double check. thanks

No, you need to send the WES original copy once you receive it from them, its better to delay this way than send an incomplete application to the CIC and give them extra headache to check that you just sent them an online report that too that it was sent on 21 May.. or you may take your chances..

DHL says it has delivered the application to MAHI ALAYA HASSAN on 19.06.2014.

if my settlement funds are simply money in my account, do i need to maintain the account above the requirement from date of application until it is rechecked by VO? what happens if the money in account goes below the requirement for a short time in between?

After 2 weeks I noticed Canada put 2 address one for regular mail and other for courier
