I am in Malaysia and he is in India and he may need to send some documents on my behalf later on.. further, my stay in malaysia is temperory.. may be upto sept.. What you mean by "registered" representative..?

I have name difference in my passport and educational document. I searched at few places and came to know that we need to do an affidavit for the same. Can someone please review below format :

AFFIDAVIT
ONE AND THE SAME PERSON
I, the undersigned, Mr. Surname ABC XYZsinh, aged XX years, XX by religion, residing at XX, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare on oath that:
1. I am the deponent herein and a citizen of XX.
2. I was born on Month XX, YEAR in XX, YY, India.
3. My birth name is Surname ABC XYZsinh.
4. It is customary in our region to add the tags such as 'sinh', 'bhai', 'kumar', 'lal' etc. for male first names for showing respect, while to add the tag 'ben' for female first names for the same purpose. This is similar to putting Mr., Mrs., Ms. etc. in front of the names in the U.S.
5. My father's first name was used as my middle name in most of my documents. The tag ‘sinh' or 'bhai' was interchangeably added in my father's first name.
6. Therefore, the following names refer to the one and the same person:
Surname ABC
Surname ABC XYZbhai
Surname ABC XYZsinh
Surname ABC XYZkumar
The above are the variations of the same name and should not be considered name changes.

1) People applying through Demand Draft..... What is validity of DD and what things are to take care while getting DD from Indian bank. Please elaborate friends as I need to get DD today or Tomorrow. Where should It be payable at and payable to.... as well as is there a validity stamp on DD??? validity is very important too....

2)Schedule 3 Question 12 .... what is primary occupation.... my job title or the title of Category title from noc list....like for 2174 occupation is computer programmer as my job title or Computer programmers and interactive media developers.........

1. Note: Certified cheques, bank drafts and money orders may have expiry dates. When you submit your application to the CIO, the expiry date must be at least five months into the future.

If there is no expiry date on your certified cheque, money order or bank draft and it is drawn on a foreign bank, it can only be cashed for 6 months from the date of issue. To ensure it can still be cashed when the fee payment is processed at the CIO, it must be issued no more than 30 days before you send your application to the CIO.

Residential proof from private company or only PSU company is accepted? AFAIK PSK do not consider address proof from private company, they will accept address proof from PSU employer or PSU bank certificate.

When I called on passport seva kendra toll free no, they told me the same. However on visiting psk personally, I came to know that residential address proof from private company would also work.

I would like to know your source of info.

I got my PCC on the same day as I had my current address in my passport.

Did you apply for PCC at the same psk where you applied for passport?

Hi Seniors,

Need you suggestion urgently.....my wes report has been sent on May 21st and it is still not delivered to me...one huge mistake of my life that i have done is I havent selected the courier option...i have selected the normal mail option...After repeated number of inquiries from local post office, head post office, canada post, i was told even God cannot predict when it will arrive..

Ordering an additional report with courier option is now taking around 135USD...I have made ready my documentation three weeks back and waiting for this report...Instead of this can I send a print of WES report which is available online and send along with my documentation writing a cover letter for the same ? I will send the original wes whenever it arrives. Will they accept this way or directly reject it and adding to this, my category falls under the red hot cake category 2174....

Seniors please suggest me...Do i have any chance to fall in the cap if i follow this...
