In my part of the world,they only issue one original result but it is expected that you will need it for so many purposes.
This is why it's in their written policy to send the original IELTS on behalf of candidates to any destination of their choicdmafter you pay the courier charge.
On immigration issues....the result need to be in package to be accepted so British council normally accept to send the package on your behalf.......I'm not telling you about theories.....it is what i have practically accomplished.
I'm advising based on my experience.

so does i had to do the WES evaluation report for my graduation or for my secondary and higher secondary (10th SSC and 12)also???

B.Sc IT will suffice

From WES website

"SECONDARY EDUCATION
If you have completed one or more years of post-secondary study, you do not need to submit any secondary school documents with your application"

Use WES for your highest academics qualification.
You do not need to evaluate lower ones.

Thanks for reply my friend.

So here it is, I have already checked both of them and I can cleary say that I am performing duties for both of them, but inclined more towards Financial managers NOC 0111.


However when it comes to the Employment Requirements In Last point they say "Accounting Managers May Require CA Degree" which is my main concern and bothering me. I don't want to face last stage ineligibility issues or NOC not matching.

I was face with the option when i needed to apply last March,2014.
It was after i called them and visit their facility that they explained it to me.........funny enough,it's written down in their polices too.....just that most of us will not read it.
The only thing you need to do is to practically impressed it on them not to forget to insert it.......they are humans like us too.

I will be an accompanying spouse. What would be the requirement for an accompanying spouse 's level of IELTS?
I saw in CIC it is CLB 4 ? so only each band 4.5?

IELTS spouse: L-4.5, R-3.5, w-4, S-4
