If this is the application you have sent initially,it may not be positive since you are short of two points to meet the minimum points for eligibility unless ofcourse your years of experience was 6 years.
I will advice you to write an IELTS to support your wife with additional five points since it seems she's the principal applicant.With a score of atleast 4bandmarks in each of the four tests....you will add 5 points to make your total shoot up to 70points.

If the scenario you gave in your explanation is anything to go buy,I'm afraid you may need to write the test to support her.

you don't need to send it. if you didn't have a representative

There was a typo in my previous reply. What I meant was if you are not using an agent or representative, you do not need this form.
