Please people who has got their ECA done from WES and are from India. What document should I send?
I am a graduate engineer.

So

1) Photocopy (unattested) of Final degree certificate.

2) All 4 year marksheets of my engineering years attested by university's Controller of exams and then placed only the marksheet and WES transcript request form in uni envelope and sealed. I am not adding Degree certificate in the envelope. Its in package but not in the uni envelope.

3) Nothing is written on envelope. (address or anything)

4) Degree photocopy and sealed envelope are placed in courier envelope to be sent to WES.

Is this the right process?

5) I am not adding my 12th document..... just only above docs.

So do I need to add anything or in any different format then I shared please do reply to this correcting point by point.

Specially ppl from India who has got their WES certification done they have hands on exp to the whole process.

1) In NOC 2281 list of titles THERE ISN'T ANY TITLE ENDING WITH ' ENGINEER '.
In my case, job duties are quite similar but i have a designation of "Network Engineer"...so will it be a problem ?

2) In NOC 2133, my educational background fully matches but i would have to tweak my JD. I applied last year under NOC 2147 so does CIC keep a track of what i wrote in reference letter previously ?

Please help.

I am planning to apply this FSW 2014 i have all the relevant documents but the experience letter. My employer will not give me the experience letter if i ask it for FSW. Even he will not be willing to answer on my behalf if i make the reference . Please advice what shall i do.

Two forumites already answered your question.
Its unlikely it will change.....to be on the safer side,just wait until the morning of 1st may,2014 to check of any change.
I'm sure you can get the draft done within 2 hours after which you can send your package.
Ist May is about 48hours from now.....pls be patient!

1) you are ok with your Job duties.
2)It is your Job description that count and not your education background.....be careful with this option especially when you have to tweak your job duties.....it may hunt you later!

Hello all,

We are planning to apply for the FSWP2014 and we have a baby execpted to due in August. May I know if we should tell CIC about the coming baby ?

I dont see anywhere in the applicatipon form that I can tell them about the baby. May be we should tell CIC with a cover letter?

No u wont require to inform...once the baby landed..then u can add him to ur app on later stage...very simple...u can contact with me if everything goes fine at later stage..

I have a bachelors degree in Graphic Design and work with marketing. How do I know if I need to get my Education Credential Assessed (ECA)??
I heard some areas of education don't need to get assessed.

1) Last year my application was rejected due to cap was reached. Does CIC keep record of all the document submitted last time ? i.e do they record the company details and all other proof submitted last time ?

2) My wife is only having her first name in the passport, would that impact our file though she is not the principal applicant.

3) WHat all documents do I need to furnish for my wife who is not the principal applicant.

4) can you share the links of xls in which i can fill my details ?

Will Provident Funds be considered as valid settlement funds? Should the bank savings account statements be attested by the bank? One of the members posted that I need to withdraw the amount (except the current employer). Only then the amount will be considered. But all my PF is with my current employer. Will a PF statement suffice?

about my question In the Generic form application, point 12 states you said I did ok :
"Previous countries of residence: During the past five years have you lived in any country other than your country of citizenship or your country of residence (indicated above) for more than six months"

I answered "No", because I have only lived the country of citizenship and country of residence(the current I'm living in now and also have an a citizenship), but I am not sure now if I should include them anyway the same way you recommended about the travels. What do you suggest?

Some other people confused me and told me that I need to mention my last stay more than six months 4.5 years ago because "Country of citizenship means the current country I'm live now, and the passport I'm applying with.
In the time, 4.5 years ago when I was staying in my original country I was only with one citizenship (the one I born with). Now I have two and I'm applying with the second one in my new country that i live in the past 4 years

So I'm totally confused.

in that case u will need to include the travel form also. Please check on the Travel form "List for Outside of your country of citizenship or your country of residence". So no need...
