For the printing of the forms, what size of paper did you used? Is it A4 or short bond paper(8.5"X11")?

I see some issues in getting PCC for me & wife..

We are living in Malaysia since 6-Aug-2013 and before that in India (home country).

When i checked with Indian embassy in Malaysia, they inform me to submit passport for 3-4 weeks to get PCC from them. This is not possible as i have to keep Passport for IELTS on 21-Jun. Further, i believe that will be PCC for India only.

I am also worried about how to get PCC from Malaysian authority.. Can PCC issued by indian embassy in Malaysia serve PCC for Malaysia also..??

Is it ok if i submit my application without any PCC..? They have mentioned on web that i can do that .. but would it be problematic practically..?

Your application at this stage can be submitted without PCC....just write a cover letter that you are processing it.
On your part,immediately after your PERS notification and AOR,please commence the process for the PCC as your local visa office will surely request for them.

I have a query regarding Proof of Funds.. For better clarity, i give below example.

(a) Bank balance: 45,000 CAD
(b) Total outstanding amount of house loan: 40,000 CAD - Long term liabilities
(c) Annual installments amount: 5,000 CAD - Short term liabilities
(d) Total value of asset (only house): 45,000 CAD

In this situation, should we deduct total outstanding amount of house loan (b) from bank balance(a) to arrive to settlement fund..? or we have to deduct only annual installment amount (c) - which can be categorized as short term liabilities for this purpose...?

There is a huge difference between both the case. I have ignored other funds which can be shown in settlement fund.

Hi All,

I have recently sent my application to WES for the evaluation of my Bachelors in Technology (B.Tech) degree , I sent them, university sealed envelope containing 1) copy of degree certifcate 2) Marksheets both duly attestted by registrar.

Yesterday, I got an email from WES Canada, Saying:-

We have recieved your application for credential evaluation and carefully reviewed your documents. In order to prepare a complete and acurate evaluation, we require the items below. The evaluation will be placed on hold utill all requested documents have been recievd.

Statement of Marks or Certificate of Examination issued by the appropriate Examination Board

e.g. Higher Secondary Certificate, All India Senior School Certificate, Intermediate Public Examination Certificate, or any other 10+2 certificate awarded upon completion of higher or intermediate secondary education

OR -

You may have photocopies of your original documents attested and dated by the appropriate Examination Board. Please request for the attested photocopies to be placed in an official sealed envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES.

NOTE: College issued mark sheets will NOT be accepted. Documents must be issued and attested by the appropriate Examination Board.



I'm really confused, why they are asking for High school documents, when i checked their website, they have clearly mentioend

SECONDARY EDUCATION
"If you have completed one or more years of post-secondary study, you do not need to submit any secondary school documents with your application. "


I have already sent them lots of emails and explained everything, but i'm getting only standard replies from their support staff.

Seniors, Please help me on this, I'm really confused for my next steps. Please advice.

Hello,

Once your Application is received following procedure is followed:

1- A date stamp is put on it on the basis of which the apps are sorted as per the NOCs
2- Once your turn comes they will assign a UCI(Unique Client Identification#)
3- They will verify your documents, experience letter, compare it with the instructions given by the ministry and decide if your application is complete in all respects and shall be taken ahead for further processing
4- They will check if your file gives you 67+ points, needed to qualify
5- They will charge the money based what mode of payment you have used
6- You will receive a confirmation mail or PER from CIO which will have your UCI# and Application #
7- Then it goes to local visa office.

Regarding your work experience, they might or might not call anyone from your company depending on how much your visa officer is convinced that the letter you have provided is authentic. if they are not convinced they might ask you to provide a point of contact or your manager's phone so that they can verify.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the valuable information. Clear one thing once u get a PER that means u have been considered in the specific NOC?? i.e. they r convinced dat ur job duties matches and Wat will be the procedure after file is transfered to local Visa office??

Assets = 45000+value of property
Liabilities - 40000
Settlement Fund = 45000

Note that you show enough monthly income to meet the installment payment and family expenses.

Please be advised that due to extremely high volume for FSWP, credential assessments are now estimated to take 20 business days from the time of receipt and acceptance of all required documents and payment.

We are making every effort to complete reports as quickly as possible. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience but thank you for your patience.

No need to submit originals , unless otherwise requested. Please follow the document checklist. If necessary your local VO may ask for original experience letters, but that is much later. For the time being copies are fine.
