Hello. I want to seek ur opinion. I have 1123 6 years experience of which I got the per. After 2012 . I gave up my marketing 1123 noc career and switch to teaching business in a high school as business teacher. Reason being I became mother and it was difficult to manage things with full time job. I hav revealed change of my career at the time of filing.. will this change of career in any way establish that I will not be economically bad for canadian economy as I didnt pursue career in 1123 noc I applied for. I am 7th aug applicant with 28 nov per. Waiti for mr lvo.

your PER is final from CIC

But VO checks whether after passing points also you can get economically established in CAnada or not

For example Teacher of English by profession has been asked by VO to give reasons for low IELTS score, though he passed point wise
And VI was sceptical that with this amount of englisg knowledge the applicant wont be able to get economically
established in Canada

Go Thru the below portion
Discretion of the Visa Officer

I. Positive Discretion

The visa officer can use his/her discretionary power to approve an application under the “Substitute Evaluation” provisions of the new regulations if the visa officer feels that the applicant is likely to become economically established in Canada or the applicant's point total is not a sufficient indicator of whether or not the applicant may become economically established in Canada.

II. Negative Discretion

Similarly, the new regulations also make it possible for the visa officer to refuse an application regardless of the applicant's point total where the visa officer is of the opinion that the applicant does not have the ability to economically establish himself/herself in Canada.

VO has the right to check eligibility again !!! But generally 99.99% times, there is no change in decision unless CIC has done some glaring mistake..

change of profession won't impact app and pr. You only need to have at least one year work experience in the Noc you have applied for. If that condition is met, Cic or vo will have no issues with your current profession.

Got back my passport and COPR .

So finally the day is here when I have my passport with the Beautiful Canadian Visa stamped on it .

I thank you all for all the support you have given me on this forum

some of the reasons are:
- a good education system for our kids
- Immigrant welcoming community
- Economy is decent
