Hi,
I am landed here in Toronto, Canada yesterday. Immigration process was very simple and quick, it took me only 5 mins to clear immigration. Person only checked COPR only and asked whether i am carrying enough funds.
Its very cold here .

Is there any group of persons from this forum who already landed?

Any Saudi based applicant from New DElhi Visa office?

I received my PPR from NDVO but the problem is I can't courier the passports to India or get them back.

Does NDVO allow us to get our stamping done in Saudi Arabia or in UAE?

Any suggestions/ recommendations will be appreciated.

I sent two applications to CIO within 3 months because I thought they might reject the first one and I was running out of time. A few weeks later I received PER for my first application and I've done medical by now. Today I received PER for my second application.
Now what should I do?
The NOC and all the info in two applications are the same, except for some mistakes that I corrected in the second application.
Should I inform the visa office? Please help me.

hi dear diplomatru.

i m back after quite a time.
was sort f hibernating n being patient.

still can't believe wat cic did with us.. noc 1123 n 4011, both no charging after 21-22/10/2014.
THE LAST cic UPDATE[19/12 wat i recall] for both showed some 830...even it had 2 columns with break up...where were our apps hiding if ours r not counted in that update..

it needs to be discussed here, and on forums f 4011, 1123, december etc.

i m f view to file law suit and request all f 'afectees' to join plz.
discuss it and fight for our right...

friends, ur views welcome.

Dear Papillon,

I don't think that you should invest your time and money into legal action against CIC. It's a very time-consuming process that doesn't guarantee a positive outcome especially on basis of cap injustice, which will be easily defeated in court when CIC presents their record from the registry with all lock-in dates and application numbers per NOC. Try Australia. EE is not an option without PNP/LMIA.

Forward your PPR email to Visa office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia requesting them to perform visa stamping at their premises.

Send a query to your designated VO asking them to withdraw the second application when it reaches their office. Provide the application # shown in the second PER.

Wish you a great life in Canada. Keep in touch with the people already landed for better guidence. Try to seek guidence from community help centres that will be of great help to you to understand what all benefits you are entitled to, Settlement, health cards, sin and jobs too.
