3 years indian Bachlers Degree... 4 year bachlers equivalent in canada
2 years indian Master Degree... 1year of graduate study...

How much points does i get.... 22 or 23...?

I just want to inquire regarding educational credential assessment at WES.
in the Philippines, their website indicates that the applicant must submit a copy of diploma to WES, while transcripts must be submitted by the institution to WES.

does it mean that I have to mail my copy of diploma separately? i dont need to wait for my institution to send my transcripts?

2174 might fill just within a week !

No I don't think so. It took one month last time and cap was 300. It is true that last year many applicants were waiting for WES and this year many have those docs ready but 1000 is a big jump. I think one month again at least so I hope no one is discouraged from applying.

you need CLB 9 in three sections and CLB 8 in one section. that is 6+6+6+5=23.

Better to go for 2147 then 2174, as 2174 will be filled up fast. Also carefully evaluate 2171, 2172, 2173 might be valid for most of software engineers. Better to go for them as well.

Yes but most company generally do not provide exp letter is employee is currently working with them. so in this case, you can attach appointment letter (make sure job duties are mentioned in appointment letter) and pay stubs of last 3 months just to be secured. Job offer letter also has all the information that exp letter should have.

What if one fails to submit the payslips and is successful in managing the reference letter only within the said format????

Payslip is an optional item...But the reference letter with company letter head is important...

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."

We had applied in 2011-12. our application was rejected as it had reached them after the cap was filled. We received a rejection letter telling us the same. Now I am unable to find the letter to give its reference number. Any idea how i can get this?

Its not mandatory to attach that rejection letter...Just mention that on Sch-3 form on 6d and on the last box of the form of that page....
