I have enough money in my Saving A/C to provide a bank statement against POF, but with in the next month or so I am purchasing a house which will be registered on my name and this would require me to use the funds. Can anyone advise me how to handle this situation?

Its alws advisable to keep consistent POF on the fund...however some lawyear including David Cohen tell tht 20% of the amount can be used on later and can be filled up after use..

1. For ECA, Is it mandatory that my documents will send from my institution or I can send my documents for ECA.
2.Which Institute is good for my ECA In five mentioned institute on immigration website.

Here is the procedure for ECA by WES:

a. First apply thru WES's website and do the payment and take the ref no. (will emailed also) 180 CAD now (7 days assessment)...

Now for Bangladesh:

b. Then fill up the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and put the ref no there.

c. need to take a printed version of International_Transcript_Request.pdf to the university controller office and request him to fill the remaing portion of the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and make true copy of the transcript + cert. he will easily understand coz they have to do such things frequently to recommend students to foreign education. Only one copy --(WES form +Cert+transcript).

d.Finally he gonna give u a sealed envelop that contains attested copy of transcript + cert + International_Transcript_Request.pdf


e. Courier the sealed envelope via fedex by urself to WES address:

Hi,

I have 2 questions:

1. Do we need to notarize our documents? If yes, then what documents are to be notarized and from where? I am an Indian working in Brunei

2. Which VO should I select? Singapore is the VO for people residing in Brunei. So should I select Singapore or still enter New Delhi? In case I select Singapore, what proof should I submit to prove Singapore as my VO?

Dear Brother,

Since notarization is a controversial matter..several times this issue has been discussed on various thread...

I would suggest u to avoid all confusion/controversial matters. U should notarized all the photocopies u r going to submit.

Since notarization of a document will not affect ur file where its not required/but absence of notarization will affect where it is required.

If have option to select New Delhi then go for that...Coz Singapore VO is very slow..(already suffering for that)...

I hope everyone is busy preparing their application and documents for the upcoming fsw 2014. I wish good luck to all of them.

I just have one doubt regarding the points calculation for the education.

I hold a masters degree in Structural Engineering from Uk and bachelors in civil engineering from India, which falls under the NOC 2131. I was wondering whether my degree will earn me 22 or 23 points for education?

I would really appreciate any help here. Got confused! :'( :'( :'(

We had applied in 2011-12. our application was rejected as it had reached them after the cap was filled. We received a rejection letter telling us the same. Now I am unable to find the letter to give its reference number. Any idea how i can get this?

Please help I have sumitted my Manitoba Provincial Nominee program application last Sept, but I am still waiting for the approval which I dont know if I will be approved or not.
The new list has my NOC and I want to try to apply in FSW. Do you think it's ok to try or the will reject it because I have 2 applications? Thanks in advance for your advise.

Of course they will not..u are eligible ..i can assure u...Go for FSW...its heavily faster than all other nominee programs...

1. Include that BC + her PP+ marriage Cert. i guess this + as u told about affidavit (for better proof).
2. For the work relevant docs please try to follow:

Work experience requirement:


1. Job duties on Company Letter head.
2. Full time /Working hour should be mentioned.
3. Company's seal if applicable

Additional:

5. Appointment/contract letter
6. Payslip (3 months will be enough)
7. Business card of applicant and referee (reference letter's).

What if one fails to submit the payslips and is successful in managing the reference letter only within the said format????

Yes correct excpet the required pass point--Its 67...so u can achieve 1 point less on ur IELTS...

I don't know where u people getting option to select VO. Pls tell where it is. I assume they will transfer automatically to related VO.
