Here is the procedure for ECA by WES:

a. First apply thru WES's website and do the payment and take the ref no. (will emailed also) 180 CAD now (7 days assessment)...

and check the required docs for ur country:

Now for Bangladesh:

b. Then fill up the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and put the ref no there.

c. need to take a printed version of International_Transcript_Request.pdf to the university controller office and request him to fill the remaing portion of the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and make true copy of the transcript + cert. he will easily understand coz they have to do such things frequently to recommend students to foreign education. Only one copy --(WES form +Cert+transcript).

d.Finally he gonna give u a sealed envelop that contains attested copy of transcript + cert + International_Transcript_Request.pdf


e. Courier the sealed envelope via fedex by urself to WES address:

brother thanks but how to make bank draft of payment? does it require any additional documents in bank? In WES site they mentioned that "All cheques or money orders require payment in Canadian dollars, payable on a bank located in Canada, and made out to 'World Education Services'. Indicate your name and WES reference number on the cheque or money order. Payment must be received by WES before your evaluation can be activated. " so if I do DD from bangladeshi bank will it do? ( I never did any DD so donot know its documents) within envelop should I enclosed any bank drafting documents?

I am preparing the application online in submit order " page it asked for 316.4 canadian dollar with selecting the payment method. so here I am paused. can I pay by any of my friends or big brothers credit card? or better bank drafting. tomorrow I will finalize the payment InsAllah thinking DD. Guide me. again one more question about- "Indicate your name and WES reference number on the cheque or money order"-- is there any option on cheque or draft paper? Thanks

Both me and my wife have experience in NOC for Financial managers. Can we send two application one for me and one for my wife. Will that create any issues and what happnes if we both get selected, can we stop processing one of the application at a later stage?

Its better/smoother to do online payment for WES (only for ECA not CIC payments)...And its allowed to use ur frnds/relatives card...No issue at all..!!..

hellooo,

need a piece of advice one of my friend is trying to apply under CEC (NOC 2174) but he doesn't have a employer reference letter ....so some one adviced him to apply under FSW for which the CAP of 300 starts from May1st.

So just want to understand which is better in his case CEC or FSW . If he applies under FSW can he get BOWP like we get in CEC?

1. CEC better as it has limited competition and is faster(12 Months)
2. Dont think BOWP eligible for FSW
3. Also below is the Cap limit

Overall cap of 25,000 applications in eligible occupations stream
Cap of 500 applications for PhD eligibility stream
No limit on applicants who have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer
Sub-caps of 1,000 applications for each of the 50 eligible occupations below (their 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC) code is included in brackets):

I have applied for Nova scotia last month in 2174 category as 2172 was not there ,Can i apply for fsw in 2172?
will there be any impact on either of the applications?
