Please do not ask "experts" in this forum on when the CAP will fill for a given NOC - hottest, hot or cold or freezing. No body knows for sure, NOBODY. For every answer to such question there can be counter-answers and then some. This all would only lead to negative environment and frustration.

On the contrary, i believe its gaining more popularity among Applicants and it will emerge, the share of the Forum in FSW 2014 may end with a rise of 3-5 % over last year's share (depending on NOC's) of FSW Global Applicants
Wait for the Official Cap updates & hold on to your wild imaginations.

I completely agree with kewlCanada ... This forum merely represents 3-5% of global applicants.Lets be pragmatic.I thinks NOC like 1112 and 2174 are considered hot.They must have been filled by 6-7 May ....But fingers crossed

I dont know the last year's numbers. But, my Guess is the numbers not less than 15-20%

Then u can submit ur current country's BC along with this u can submit ur 10th yr mark sheet where ur DOB+parents name exists (or parents affidavit)....Just to avoid the confusion....

Any information how many days it will take to get to know that file is reviewed and documents that i have sent are ok and proper.

It will take 4 weeks to 12 weeks to be reviewed.. as per last year's data..

Obviously guys... Date of Received is 22/5 and got DD cleared on 2/6.... CIC hasn't reached assessing 22nd May app and he got DD cleared within 10 days .... thats not possible.. something is wrong here....

Most likely the date of receive is 22/4 and not 22/5.

It can't be 22/4 because NOC 2171 was not available in FSW 13 and hence the application presumably would not have been accepted. I'm now wondering if somebody just put that there to mess with us. Then that person would just sit back and laugh at us all freaking out over it.

Hey..can HDFC Bank check on real time basis of your DD encashed ? sometimes banks just avoid such queries in denial.
Does it mean they can't check it OR is it that they checked and confirmed your DD is not encashed yet ?

btw, why is PNP in your sign.. u are FSW 2014 ?

Hdfc verified and confirmed its not encashed yet. I applied in NSNP and fsw 2014.

If I fill my all the form in 29th may, and if my package reached CIC office on 15th June, will that be a problem for CIC?

Guys need urgent help.

I m goin thru my app one last time n I found that I have written in generic form....current occupation - financial advisor and intended occupation - financial advisor. Whereas I m applying under noc 1113...dat is Investment Dealer. Rest all places I m mentioned occupation as investment dealer.

Will it make a lot of difference or its ok? If it's not ok I vl hav to change d generic form completely. Pls advice fast...

My docs were received at WES on 23rd May. But they have marked my marksheets status as "not acceptable-Rsubmit documents as specified for your country" - for unknown reasons. My university has handled lots of WES applications successfully before and they claim that they have followed due process. Have thrice sent mails to WES to specify the exact issue but they keep on responding with generic mails that resubmite your marksheets as per country's specification. Their phone number is also waiting for hours at a stretch. My NOC is also a hot one so seems WES won't let me in at all.

The only possible reason I can think of is that my Univ may not have included the academic records form which they claim they haven't for any of the hundreds of applications handled by them previously which went through with WES without problem. If only WES could specify the issue because reapplying could end up with the same issue.

Has anyone faced the same issue because of the absence of academic records form?

Filling up Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) for spouse. But is not seeing anything to mark as this is for my spouse. How would CIC differentiate that from principal applicant?

One thing more, where to write name in Native language. Do not seeing any space after writing name in English.

The signature wont be yours,,, your spouse will sign it... this will let them know this is not the main applicant.

the space left after typing your name in english to be used for writing ur name in ur native language

To all prospective applicants asking if they'd make it before the cap is reached,I have news for you....

NOBODY KNOWS WHEN THE CAP LIMIT WILL BE REACHED! We are all just extrapolating and guessing if you will and there's bound to be some confidence limit on our analysis. Send in your application based on the analysis of the number of applications received/sent so far to CIO. Do the calculation,remain hopeful and positive and send your application if and when you feel convinced that there's a space for you and that you'd make it.....!


To all prophets of doom discouraging prospective applicants from sending in their applications because the cap limit is already reached by the May 2nd 2014..... YOU DON"T WORK IN CIC CIO,so quit playing know-it-all because you don't!
