NOC Code : 2281

Concerns are :
1) got PER(22nd Dec), waiting for MR/PCC/RPRF. when and where should i send job update as i have changed my company.
2) Consultant is having 21 yrs of exp, they are saying to wait till MR.
3) I had sent original promotion letter alongwith my file. any concern for VO >?
4) how much time i have to wait more for MR.

I got few suggestions from senioprs but this is only for few more clarification.

1) U can do either...but think for a sec...if the VO decides to pursue Background Checks for ur case (this usually happens before MR), then it will go to a BGC Agency-> The Agency will find you r not working at the Place u declared u were working-> This will cause delays, extra checks- possibly a telephonic verification, plus unnecessary suspicion in the VO's mind...If I were u, I'd have informed the VO by now
2) It's ur file, your future, hence u need to make ur own decisions ...I suspect ur already having doubts abt following Consultant's advice, otherwise u wud not be asking the question
3) No concern for VO..But y one earth did u send ur Original Promotion Letter?? U won't get it back...say for a future job change if u need it..I hope u have kept it Scanned...Don't u get Soft Copy promotion letters?? Speaking from my current Org experience...
4)As per my experience u get MR 55-60 Days after PER..and generally 15-20 days after 2nd line of update....Check the Avg. processing Times tab in the spreadsheet. Have u got the 2nd line Update? Once u receive it expect it within a month at most (or if it does not come within that time, then it could be a long wait as the VO probably has decided to go for extensive BGC in ur case)

I am 29. My birth year is 1985.
Recently Singapore Visa Office has rejected my PR application.

For my age i should get 12 points.
But they gave me 10 points.
They send one letter in my home address by airmail. In that mail they mentioned, i got 10 pints for my Age.

What to do now?
With in how many days i can appeal?
And what is the detail procedure?
And how much it may cost?

group of 21 to 49 age, as far as my knowledge is???

No it's 12 for 18-35 years of age..

Looks like his VO has done a major screw-up unless there is a mistake in his docs....

Security check should not take more than 20-25 days. Usally security check are done by CBO , The MR request are done by DVO and they are usually experienced locally sourced employees but security check can not be done by them

Your file get reviewed by CBO and he completes security check. The challenge here is he can over rule DVO findings and it can go in loop .

So check the GCMS notes and see what happened.

the long delay was caused by the non availability of CBO and their pending workload. Usally they start processing PPR from Jan onwards . This year they even did it in December. If you follow spreadsheet 2013 you can see the pattern there as well.

I too received a call from Poland around 7pm IST on Sunday dunno if thats the Poland VO my 3rd line was updated about 20 days ago

does anyone know if this number is a spam or of Poland VO

Try checking on true caller, currently I do not have the access to true caller, else I would have checked it for you.

Can you please define me procedure to do it. Any reference.. I completed medicals on 23rd Oct and then waiting is ongoing and getting more tough

I have a situation here...my company is planning to send me to singapore/HK for 4-6 weeks on a business training starting from 2nd week of april this year. Now I am a 16th June applicant waiting for PPR. If I get the PPR during the time when I am not in the country. How can I get my passport stamped in this case? As per the procedure we need to send the passport within 30 days.

Do I need to inform NDVO about this, Would I get an extension for sending the Passport? Plz suggest.

Friend apply GCMS notes. there are many posts related to that here. It takes 30 days to come.

I would suggest you to go to Singapore and attend the business training. It doesn't matter which date you applied. Everything depends upon the medicals received date. Seeing your medicals received date, you should expect your PPR sometime in March. However, if you get PPR during that period, I would advise you to just come back to India and submit your PP's and don't ask for extension.
