I have lived in UK on Student VISA from 2004 to Jan 2006 which is in between 10 years time from NOW and I have to get a PCC from UK now

How can I get it and what are the Charges?

I have a quesion as if i gets Canada PR , then shall i eligible to apply H1B visa? Note: myself process this canada visa not from my firm. If my firm identifies i got the Canada visa, then are they preocess my H1b Visa

It's been 60 days since I received my per. My vo is Ndvo. When can I expect my medicals? Is background check done before medicals or after? What is the latest date of medicals for Ndvo?

Dear,

Kindly note that before the EE came into the website of CIC there was a page on the website which was the guidance about how to complete the application. The page was having all information how to fill the forms and how to send etc.

On the same page it was having heading that what next. Under this section it was mentioned that the first step is completeness check where the application will be check that all the documents are presented, completed, signed as per the check list. At the same time he/she will check that the NOC under which this application had been submitted is still not reached the cap and the exact amount of processing fee had been included along with the package. If all are ok, he will process the fee and the file will transfer to another officer which will check the eligibility of the application that the application is having the points it required to process. If the documents resented are well ok and you gained the point i.e. 67 or more, than he will send the email which is called golden email or per. Otherwise they will send the email called ner and will mention the instruction how to get the refund.

So according to your answer, the CIC officer who does the completeness check will not check the job description in your experiece letter according to the lead statement of the particular NOC and see whether my my jobs peformed are coverd 70% - 80% of the lead statement of that NOC??

It will be done by another officer who calculate the 67 points at the second stage?

I have a question, how does the New Delhi VO send communication for Medical, RPRF and PCC Request and also for passport request.

are these communication sent via email or a letter?

in my case, I have a representative who email and address is with CIC.

so please advise how the communication will be sent.

DO NOT BLOCK YOUR CARD.

You will have to take risk. Your CC will be charged in a week or so after that you can block your card. You will have to hold on your nerves otherwise I am afraid you will lose your chance. It is highly unlikely that CIO will able to add your new payment form at this stage even you get your UCI. I am sure you are well aware of first draw Express Entry and the picture over there is not very rosy they are only picking candidates with job offers and province nominations. One more thing you can do ask your bank to inform you before authorizing any transaction on you CC.

I am bearing the risk with CC as of now, as I know blocking CC now will push me more deep in trouble. I have reported to nearest Police Station and they will give me NCR(Non Cognizable Report) by tomorrow evening for the incident. So I am thinking of still sending a new payment form as addendum to CIC by Fedex on Tuesday using my friends CC details, which might reach to CIC by Friday or on Monday next week and still keep my current CC unblocked. However lost CC will always be at risk of getting blocked, because unauthorised person might try using it for fraud and get it blocked with multiple unsuccessful attemp and ruin my chances, so its not in my hand.

So I have to send a new form and then try my luck to be good with me.

As I got PER in 16 th Sep & AOR in 31st Oct in 1112. My DD Encashed Date is 8th September2014. But no second line update.

Any one have idea regarding this issue.

Want to share an update with you. I'm a 10th Dec CC applicant. I got charged at 10:04 pm IST yesterday. I had sent in applications for 2172 & 2281. Only one got charged so I'm not sure which one it is.
