Yes. You need to schedule an appointment with PSK (India) for PCC. You can schedule it online. Its very simple.

I have applied for PCC in 2013 and in 2014 both the times I took an appointment from http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink
So, Yes, you should take an appointment for it. I don't think there is any other way in order to get a PCC from PSK.

But no MR so far. Worried ..what may be the reason?

Go to PROFILE option on the top right of your screen, then look for Forum Profile Information on the left side of your screen, you can update that form to see the changes on your left.

Dear Toomspm,

NDVO is issuing MR for July applicants. I think you should wait for couple of months.

Relax man I wrote Immigration section and bluedart still delivered it to a person 'krewal' I assume its the name of the security guard they r noting down for proof of delivery rather than the embassy stamp dese days...if u included a cover letter addressing the immigration section/ included their request letter which also refers the immigration section it should be fine...:)
