Yes. You need to schedule an appointment with PSK (India) for PCC. You can schedule it online. Its very simple.

I have applied for PCC in 2013 and in 2014 both the times I took an appointment from http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink
So, Yes, you should take an appointment for it. I don't think there is any other way in order to get a PCC from PSK.

21st May App
Noc:2174
NDVO
Per:9th sep
Med Req: 24th Oct
Med Done : 7th Nov
Med received : 14th Nov
Decision Made : 27th Jan.

Now waiting for PPR


And also Congratulations to Guku

Go to PROFILE option on the top right of your screen, then look for Forum Profile Information on the left side of your screen, you can update that form to see the changes on your left.

NDVO is issuing MR for July applicants. I think you should wait for couple of months.

Without the immigration section written in the delivery address, my envelope got received by a person..instead of the Embassy Stamp..is tht a problem?

Relax man I wrote Immigration section and bluedart still delivered it to a person 'krewal' I assume its the name of the security guard they r noting down for proof of delivery rather than the embassy stamp dese days...if u included a cover letter addressing the immigration section/ included their request letter which also refers the immigration section it should be fine...
