Refer to http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/offices-bureaux/new_delhi.aspx?lang=eng
Check with Blue dart if they can deliver to
Immigration Section
Canadian High Commission
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
P.O. Box 5209
New Delhi, 110 021
India
If they say they cannot deliver to P.O Box. Remove the P.O. Box and send it. It will received by the CHC
Immigration Section
Canadian High Commission
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi 110 021, India
My 3rd line got updated, Do I need to send MR proof ? No, if your eCAS shows Medicals received
Also, please share me the sample cover letter to NDVO for sending my updated passports (As my old one got slightly damaged) ? Refer to sam
If I want to pay DD, then DD to be taken in favour of ?? - The bank draft should be made for the exact amount (Rs.26,700 per Dependent above 18 years) and it should be in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi. Refer to http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng
Thanks in advance
Post your medicals get the following documents;
• DD on behalf of Canadian High Commission (Write your full name. File Number/Passport No behind. I suggest DD is the best option)
• Request letter (*this is the one which you get to provide list of documents from CIO NDVO.)
• New Passport bio pages with attestation
• PCC: Original (if you did not apply yet apply now)
• Covering letter (e.g. as below)
