One more information want to share here is ..

One guy from Pune to whom I talked today said that he added new born after getting MR,
then he got MR request for new born he completed his new born's MR.

However before completing his new born's MR he sent his and his wife's RPRF and DD to NDVO.
However his new BORN's MR was pending so NDVO did not charged his DD YET.

NDVO dont charge you RPRF FEE DD unless and until EVERY MEMBER in your family has cleared the MR.

is it True that NDVO don't charge you RPRF FEE DD unless and until EVERY MEMBER in your family has cleared the MR. My wife was asked for re X-ray and even 3rd line is updated and asking with the bank the draft for RPRF was also cased. So shall it be safe to assume we are are clear with medical.

I got medicals done on Dec 26 and hospital sent it on Jan 2....... still no updation of third line
what is the maximum time one get notified about the third line 'Medicals have been received'
My RPRF DD has been encashed by NDVO on Jan 14

PER !!!!!

Thanks to all the forum members for the confidence bestowed upon me. Your support really helped me go through the difficult times. Will not name anyone as the list is endless and do not want to miss anyone. ;D ;D

My timelines :
NOC : 1114
Application receipt date at CIC as per courier : 2nd Sept
Application receipt date at CIC as per CIC : 20th Oct
DD encashment date as per CIC : 23rd Dec
DD encashment date as per bank : 29th Dec
ECAS update went live : 16th Jan
PER date : 20th Jan

Don't really think I had missed out on any docs in the initial application, though i must admit that :
1. My Birth Certificate wasn't submitted as I didn't have one at the time of application submission. Had submitted an affidavit and a 10th passing certificate in which DOB was mentioned.
2. Didn't submit legal marriage certificate as I did not have one at the time of application submission. In lieu of this, I had submitted marriage certificate issued by religious priest and passport copies where spouse name was updated. Also Childs BC was provided where parents name was updated.

Have got both these certificate issued from respective government offices now, to be on the safer side. Don't recall any other discrepancy.

Hi All...
Best Wishes to everyone awaiting PER/PCC/MR and eventually Visas.

Quick question I had, Ideally the second line on ECAS should get updated when the applicant gets Additional documents request or PCC request or MR. Well, in my case, I got PCC request, no second line, got MR request and additional docs req, no second line. What could be the reason? Any ideas...Thanks

I have been asking my question since yesterday but no one replied yet despite of multiple posts.

I submitted my RPRF draft along with original passports to Singapore Visa Office, but no reply from them. It is one full month now, though in their RPRF & Passport request email they mentioned that it will take one month.

Usually I see that people on this forum got their passports back withing a couple of weeks time. So is there anything to worry about for delay in my case?

Would be really grateful if someone can answer.

It is better to raise CSE to your visa office by sending all the details. Also as there is no 4th line about decision in your ECAS, there can be possibility that still the decesion had not been made.

All i know is that my file has been transferred to NDVO. In early Oct I sent an email to CIC NS Sydney asking for the status of my application. To which they replied in mid Dec14 saying "your file has been transferred to Delhi and CIC NS Sydney cannot make any more comments". Needless to say in between this wait period I had received PER.

What to do?

Decision made..... expect to get COPR within the next two weeks.

Second Line just got updated few mins back. "We started processing your application on january 19, 2015.
In addition i would like to share one information. I got call from NDVO at 8.25 am on 19th january. he has asked me to submit new form for "Additional Family Details". There was some mistake in dob of my wife's brother. He was very polite while speaking. he confirmed details about my current profession and last profession. he asked me my dob, my wife's dob. he then asked me to give phone to wife. he confirmed her dob and her brother's dob. then he told about the mistake. he told her that dont do these careless mistakes. he then spoke to me again and told me that he is sending letter to me and i i have to submit this new form and some other documents. I have not got any letter yet.

Friends please correct me/add if I am wrong

COPR is sent along with the Passport.

If the applicant has chosen VFS as mode of Passport Transmission and selected courier services as dispatch method. Then they will receive Visa Stamped Passports and COPR will be sent through courier.

If the applicant has chosen VFS as mode of Passport Transmission and wishes to collect Passport himself from VFS Center. They will receive a notification that their Passport is ready for collection. They can visit the VFS Center and collect the Passports along with CoPR.

• To collect passports for dependents. The person who is collecting the Passport from VFS Center should submit an authorization letter from the dependents authorizing them to collect the PP on their Behalf

If the applicant has sent the Passports through Normal Courier services. They will returned to applicants after Visa Stamping along with CoPR through Speed Post
