Problem is that i have to get my PCC from India and for that i have to go india and dont know how much time does it take

For PCC in india, guidelines are very clear, fill up the online form for PCC on PSK/passport site and pay the fee to secure an appointment. You will be allowed to walk irrespective of the date of appointment.

Now if the current address is same as the address on passport, then PCC is issued same day within 1 hour. If your current address is different from passport, then they will start a police inquiry which takes around 15-20 days to complete and you might have to follow up personally with police.

To clarify further, current address means your relevant address at the time of leaving india if you are abroad. Experts please clarify this line further.

Last week my employer received a call from NDVO and after that I also received a call from NDVO and the lady spoke to me about 30 minutes . I applied on 5 th May , received PER in JULY where as my 2nd line updated on 9th SEP. But till today I am waiting for MR. I am really hopeless now.
Also if anyone can help me to understand what GCMS means? and should I apply for it or not?
Do you think there is still hope for me?
