Dont worry for this. I had the same issue, I was in UAE. got an accountant visa. but work under NOC 2234. If you feel , better submit a covering letter with the PCC to VO explain this issue. Good luck

No need to submit your cancelled PP. read the PPR letter saying VALID pp TO BE SUBMITTED. You can send through currier. if you are out side of your country, you have to get approval from your Indian embassy of your residence country to send your PP to India. otherwise it is illegal.
